You forgetting there was no 10% discount to any vwap's. I notice you didn't mention that also means the bond holder isn't going to be rushing to sell out and has 6 months essentially to dispose of the share IF they choose to, I'm sure the will clear some however there supportiveness in this raise should not be overlooked ... no 10% dilution and supportive for both quarters

It wasn't for me I already have mine I wanted to point other investors to it, as primary bid changed the app and no longer support it and now go directly thought selected brokersAnyway many wasn't lucky tonight to get the stock so I expect a strong bid tomorrow for stock

Who knows what the future behaviour of the convertible bond holder will be,but Justin Hondris(pantheon ceo)makes very interesting comments about them in that webinar.
You will notice that certain characters don’t want me to post this message and they want to drown it out by posting as many messages so you don’t see anything but their attacks.
Helpful is really working overtime tonight..I wonder why?

For those willing to listen to the wonderful Helpfull.

The last sizeable cash raise was 16 May 2023 at 17p.

The share price fell from about 18p (16/5/2023) to near 10p in August 2024.

The share price today is 19.7p.

At 10p there is a potential halving of the current share price.

Most won't listen but a precedent has been set.

The SMD was also supposed to be a game changer.

Do yourself a favour, listen to auntie Helpfull.
