Interesting movement today the sheer significance of BFF over at Theta West cannot be underestimated. If it comes in this will look very cheap at twice the current share price

Why was Sue Graham sitting on depleting wells? I know she had a few spare kilos but I'd have thought there were better ways of controlling the wells.

Sue and I had our differences when we were both analysts but there was a fair bit of mutual respect flying around!

not sure - I remember oil dregs being sold from depleting wells under Sue Graham but that must have been around 2006 but could be wrong

Didn't they sell oil at Eagle Ford or was that just gas?

Perky start this morning, could the oil tanker at Talitha have been a signal that all was proceeding to plan?

From memory I think the oil being sold to market was the first on Jays watch...............

There's decent weather over on the North Slope at the moment so satellite images should show if flaring takes place. As of yesterday, all quiet. It will be worth taking a look later next week imho.

Why?? Thee RNS last Friday said they would move the Coil tube unit over the weekend, some time to set up, them commence operations at Theta West... today would always be too soon??Next Friday is a more likely timeframe.. All IMHO C

First of many oil sales for PANR in 2022 hopefully.🤞
What’s not to like.

Sales is sales, sirmark! Plus, it'll give PANR management a useful dress rehearsal for Alkaid-2. PANR's sweet light oil will be analysed and assessed by TAPS and it'll give PANR some guidance on whether its crude requires to be treated in some manner prior to entering TAPS (it may not require any treatment) and what premium PANR's crude may command due to the specific properties of the light oil?

I appreciate it's only one tanker, and admittedly it's perhaps a bit of a stretch, but I know for an absolute fact there exist SMID cap funds who cannot/will not invest in pre-revenue E&P stocks. This first sale may, repeat may, tick a box for one or two of those funds, who knows?

Not sure about that my take on it was that they are done with Talitha this season and clearing out the oil etc so the site can be cleared imo, of course I hope I'm wrong but I can't see the reasoning for emptying them now if we are going to come back and retest the SMD just my take as they have stated they will try to come back if they have time... for me a waste to have those site up doing nothing and just sitting there for three weeks without no surety that it will get tested or the site being needed.

Hi Forwood, I wasn’t criticising, I was pointing out the balanced view. Johnswan has absolutely every right to point out his risks/concerns. But equally, those risks could be seen as opportunities also. Have you considered that if a newcomer came to the board and read Johnswans perspective, they may miss out on the OPPORTUNITY because the RISKS are highlighted. It’s about balance. There is a ‘risk’, if you are so minded, in not being invested in PANR now. As I am sure you will attest as you have been buying 😃. My post was about balance and perspective. The johnswan risks exist, the opportunities also exist - let’s be clear and open about that.

PhsarKandalPP I've never even noticed your existence before today, but when I clicked on your name and posting history around half of your posts over the last month have been with reference to me. Very strange indeed.

As for your contribution to this BB, I have tried to find one of yours where you are not trying to have a poke at somebody else, and below is all I could find. Very thought provoking though.

The price action of this share drives me crazy. Anyone else?

Why patronise us, forwood? Of course, anyone with half a brain cell (and I assume most contributors on this Bb holding more than tuppence worth of PANR shares have at least a couple of those inside their skulls) is fully aware of the risks/downside of every share she/he holds - particularly those in E&P companies. What we don't need are fatuous statements from know-it-all-John-Swans; such as (the company) "can't afford to have any further problems". Who does he imagine he's addressing that remark to? Existing investors? Potential investors? Jay Cheatham? Bob Rosenthal? Oh yes! Jay and Bob are REALLY going to make certain there will be no 'further problems' following our resident two-headed donkey's helpful (utterly pointless) advice.

I've noticed you also like criticising a lot. Better just to sit back and read or filter as it will make the board better for the rest of us.

If PANR was a slam dunk as some here suggest we would be heading north rather than south. Nonetheless I, like hd and others, believe the black gold will flow!!
