12/11/2018 16:00 | I've wriggled into Lloyd's, let's see how that pans out. Case closed I'd say as to whether or not it's Mr Pulli posting? | beaubleep
12/11/2018 12:18 | I have been waiting for the SL, incidentally. I would have truly enjoyed it the 2 years when I was retired. | jzingales
12/11/2018 09:13 | Me Bleep :-) we all know if you can wriggle out of giving MP your SL you’ll wriggle out of that | bashor
12/11/2018 08:37 | Hi Bashor Thanks for the heads up regarding the Shell A and B. Just sold them for a nice 2.3% profit which for a day isn't too bad. Call me a cynic but if thats Mike Pulli posting, in the words of Les Dennis 'I'll give you the money myself' | beaubleep

11/11/2018 19:53 | Thanks Mike. Good to see you on here. As an ex-Pace employee I appreciate your comments. I am currently weighing up whether to invest the proceeds in CommScope or look for a UK high dividend stock. I am currently in New York about to sail back to the UK tonight so I have time to assess the pro's and con's !!! | alexmcdonald
11/11/2018 16:42 | Arris had their own challenges and I was hoping they could get by them as the combination was awesome. That said, yes it is a good exit. CommScope is a good company and their Chairman is one of the best businessmen I have known. If fact, he spun GI out of CommScope many years ago. The key is to get the synergies, especially Ops, out of the place. If they can do this in conjunction with their scale it could be a great Company. | mpulli
11/11/2018 00:49 | Guys - I finally decided to join the Board and it is all coming to an end. It seems that all of you have made some $ - congrats!!! I hope all is well..... Take care Mike | mpulli

10/11/2018 13:17 | Talking of cars... I know this is of topic but.... I was looking at leasing deals and noticed there were some good offers on Octavias. Particularly the little 1 litre model.. not something I would have considered but they are a surprising sweet drive, I was expecting them to be massively under powered. Anyway, 600 down and 198 per month inc vat. Works out at 2600 pa over 3 years. That's cheap motoring on a new car! | 1carus

09/11/2018 20:46 | Terminated, I’m fairly heavy in gold but so far it’s not working out the way I’d hoped, like you I think the world is in a risky place | bashor
09/11/2018 20:21 | Ahhhh well done guys, so pleased for you all. I saw the price rocket up and logged on to see what had happened. Same old faces lol. I still had 10k (12k now) in an ISA for nostalgia so i'm getting out now myself. I think I'll buy some gold, the way society is breaking down on both sides of the Atlantic I think the next 5 years is going to be very problematic. Cheers. | terminated
09/11/2018 19:56 | Bramleygirl, I’m assuming it was your SL :-) | bashor
09/11/2018 17:41 | Hi BashorI'm pretty sure I got off on a technicality, very close though. If memory serves me correct the share price at that time was 70p. Top man MP in my book. | bramleygirl

09/11/2018 14:42 | Goodbye all and thanks for all the insights over the years which I would love to have reciprocated. I’m still holding the equivalent of 25% of my original Pace stake, but some of you sellers may like to look at Sirius, which will maybe give you a similar ride to Pace. Buena fortuna! | blunderbuss
