04/12/2015 12:38 | Who would be paying these derampers, apfindley? Where's the financial incentive for those supposedly paying the derampers? People are paid to con gullible people into buying worthless shares; they are called boiler room salesmen. They contact gullible old people by phone. | ![]() papillon
04/12/2015 12:25 | apfindley. That's being silly. Of course no one is being paid to deramp OXS. You are just repeating a conspiracy theory common to these bb's. Where's your evidence for such a statement? Why are you so worried about this? Why are you so worried about the OXS share price prior to the arbitration verdict? What does it matter if the OXS share price goes to 4p, or to 2p, if you have paid for your shares and are just awaiting the verdict? Are you thinking of trading OXS pre the verdict? | ![]() papillon
04/12/2015 12:19 | john henry 4 Dec'15 - 09:16 - 29720 of 29747 0 1 Papillion the ultimate driver of price is Supply demans ( Volume. This will drive the moving averages. Has got nothing to do with calculations. >>>>> You're being obtuse. Of course supply and demand drives share prices. That's obvious. I was just stating that volume is NOT included when calculating the MACD. Can't you understand that? Did I state that calculations drive share prices? No, of course not! You're just nit picking to score brownie points. A barrack room lawyer. Actually volume doesn't always drive share prices. You can have a very high volume day when the share price doesn't move if buyers and sellers are evenly matched. Similarly you can have significant share price movement on a relatively low volume day if buyers and sellers are far from evenly matched. | ![]() papillon
04/12/2015 12:01 | All that deramping and trades are of a negligible ammount. You must try harder. You're paymasters won't be happy as they want to pile in, but hardly anyone wants to sell.Maybe sell some of your own shares back to yourself at ever lower prices to make it appear as though the price is falling.Lol. | ![]() apfindley

04/12/2015 11:52 | This is the source link for BBB's post:- No harm in posting it but it's from October and littered with errors that would embarrass any third-rate financial journalist. The article isn't primarily designed to inform (or, more accurately, misinform) but it's simply a shoddy promo piece aimed at attracting more readers to Motley Fool. | ![]() nick2412

04/12/2015 11:47 | Sadly we cannot rule out losing the arbitration. My own view remains that OXS will win overall. However the currently low share price even based purely on gambling odds at say 4 or 5 to 1 makes me wonder if some have info not available to ordinary PIs?! Doing a little investing research provides more grounds for optimism than looking at it purely from a gambling viewpoint so why the low sp? Either way the share price seems far from representing the apparent prospects. | ![]() maytrees

04/12/2015 11:11 | Again the 'not settle for less than $400m' quote from RS was a bit unfortunate. There is no option to settle under arbitration. OXS are claiming $489m up to $1250m, the award (if any) will be the amount awarded (obviously!). There is no way to appeal the arbitration figure. | ![]() riskier
04/12/2015 11:04 | medaunt, its you that needs to keep up, bbb is quoting this from another source, he's not making it up ......... | ![]() hairballradical
