Stig could well be correct this time, kcowe, but I wouldn't bet money on it!

Would be a very nice Xmas present though if we had good news tonight after the Mkt closes as happened with RUR. Though they were given a definite date first. Fingers, toes, legs, arms and balls crossed! LOL.

Gents

Do you really think a man of Shead's integrity used the phrase "very near future" without a very good reason?

Unless any of you 'know' Shead personally, and have done for many years I'd suggest none of you are qualified to comment either way on someones integrity.

The OXS sp, in the CONTINUING ABSENCE OF THE VERDICT, OR A DEFINITE DATE FOR THE VERDICT, could go down to re-test the 2.50p intraday low of late July/early August before attracting the traders and bouncing up again. But I wont be selling in the hope of buying back in cheaper. WHY? Because the verdict could come any day and the experience of ARMS has taught me the OXS share price will not give me a clue of when the verdict will be announced.

Taking on board comments of Wilfy (warrants and options)adds 11m to 704m = 715m.

Claim range excluding Khandiza restitution is $552.4m to $1250.5m!

Payout at 715 million shares:

$552.4m = $0.77
$643.5m = $0.90
$715m = $1
$786.5m = $1.10
$858m = $1.20
$929.5m = $1.30
$1001m = $1.40
$1072.5m = $1.50
$1144m = $1.60
$1215.5m = $1.70
$1250.5m = $1.75

Have to take Calunius take off this and add any interest payment awarded.
Also should receive basic legal costs currently $6.15m.

Those selling now are being RATHER FOOLISH, IMO. If they were looking for a short term profit they should have sold when the share price was around 4.5p in early October (the drop below the 20 day EMA would have been a good sell signal for those traders). If they bought around 4.5p following on from that "very near future" comment they should have cut their losses before now (again the drop below the 20 day EMA would have been a good sell signal).

I think RS genuinely believed that the verdict would be announced in the "very near future" when he made that comment. However if he had been given a definite date by the arbitration panel he would have been required to update shareholders via RNS as happened with RUR.

The verdict could come any day now, or it could still be months away. No one posting on here knows the date it will be announced! Because I have no idea when it will come I haven't sold in the hope of buying back in at a lower price.

Don't forget ARMS. From the ARMS share price performance immediately before their verdict was announced no one had a clue it was coming!!

Whatever the reasons for the "very near future" statement I would suggest that for LTH and that includes Richard Shead it will be proved to have been the right thing to do, in other words if you are a get rich quick merchant then perhaps this is not for you. IMO we are still in the bracket of the "very near future" especially considering the length of time this has taken so far.

Richard Shead if you are reading this, some of us believe you have done a fantastic job under what must have been unbelievable pressure over a long period of time, lets hope we can all walk away from this with our heads held high, and true value returned to all shareholders.

Last but not least, let us also hope the Uzbek regime will return Said to his family ASAP.
