You will see when news comes, if its good, the rerating will be almost instant, hardly anyone will be able to climb on at a sensible price, no matter how clever they either think they are, or wish everyone to believe they are.If youre intending to invest anyway at 3p, then for the sake of 0.4p, is it really worth missing out completely when you blink and see the price at 20p+By the time you get your rns alert, or even just read the headline figure, the mms wouldve adjusted the book, strapped it down, nobody will be able to get a quote. You will see trades ploughing through at ridiculous prices, but you wont even get a quote from your broker. The shares will be off the table, the price will be rising, it will be in auction, (or preferably suspended), and you will be crying into your sugar puffs...

Whats clear is that every individual investor has their own view of the world be it based on a STH or a LTH. Recent talk of the Uzbeks case has probably frightened a few punters but it hasn't come as any suprise to me nor a few others on here who probably know who they are without naming.

What's tedious is not the wait, because it's still 'the very near future', the real tedium comes from the minutuaite analysis from the blatherers who just have to talk all of the time, about every single minor change in the share price or volume. The chartists, the conspiritorists, the paid marketeers.

Give it a rest and try to understand why from the beginning of time that there were people saying that patience is a virtue.

rossannan, nope, not me as you're the one who says that you want it to go to 3p so you can top up. It's probably sub-conscious but there is a distinct difference between the sentiment on how you post here compared to the CHL thread. It's the inconsistency in style that stands out. No big deal and, as we pass the time awaiting the big decision, investors / traders are entitled to post how they want to just as other investors / traders are entitled to observe and comment.

rossannan - each to his (or her) own. GS is entitled to make share price comments and is probably just reacting to your recurrent 'going to 3p' theme. You're right, it doesn't matter to those holding for the decision but it can look a bit like deramping and a bit tacky.

I have some CHL but would quite like some more at 10p or the last funding level of 12p I think. I'd think it bad etiquette on my part if I went on the CHL thread and constantly put posts suggesting it was going to reach that level. In other words try and talk it down for my own benefit.

Assume some sort of "grey area" decision has been made.
Suppose we're now in some sort of "haggle stage".

Which side is most likely to be haggling over the amount of the award the most?
I would suggest its OXS.

There might well be "something on the table" which OXS consider not big enough.

Some of us would be happy with 100% profit others want 300% others 1000%+.

This might take months, if not years. Why would OXS be in a hurry?
