Whilst we know all of the above it does beg the question as to why we are at 3p quite bizarre. Many here are focused on outright win when a very favourable settlement win will still bring big reward from here, Still Very confident at the moment.

"But there is value to be found in the arbitration process. Oxus is currently involved in arbitration proceedings and a compensation claim related to the loss of the Amantaytau Goldfields and Khandiza mining assets. The two fields are located within the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the company is pursuing arbitration proceedings against the regional government. Unfortunately, these arbitration proceedings are dragging on, but Oxus believes that it is entitled to damages of up to $400m. Management is confident that the arbitral tribunal will rule in its favour although, whether or not the company can remain solvent until a decision is announced is another matter. Oxus is facing a cash crunch. The group was forced to issue 83k new shares to pay its Nomad for three months work back in July and has since signed a convertible loan note deal with Darwin Strategic Ltd for a total of £1.2m. Still, even if Oxus is only awarded 25% of the compensation management believes the company deserves, (around £70m) Oxus' shares could jump to 12p. "

One thing ' very near future' did pushed the share price higher to persudae Credit Note Holders to convert their notes to shares and remove threat posed by Note holders by end of the year where these credit notes were due. I am hoping that the international court try to clear their beck logs, one being OXS case by end of the year. However these courts are really shambles and we have no one to complain to. They have no accountability to any one but to themselves!

Papillion the ultimate driver of price is Supply demans ( Volume. This will drive the moving averages.

Has got nothing to do with calculations.

It is interesting that the sudden arrival of the deramp brigade over the last couple of days was followed by small sells and a £30k buy which perhaps mopped them up. It does not matter in anyway of course but it is interesting to see how this market appears (to me ) to work. Quite happy to be challenged on this if anyone thinks this is a daft observation.

Good morning GS and all

Perhaps BB investing comments will seem rather tame for a while once the OXS outcome is known.

More seriously the international arbitration community does need to get its act together and speed its processes up. Slow justice can sometime prove to be no justice at all as might have the case for OXS if it had not secured further funding.

You are WRONG, JH. MACD is an indicator based SOLELY on Moving Averages. Volume is not involved in the calculation of MACD. The calculations are based on the closing prices.

Where did I state that the MACD drives volume and price?

Papillion, i think you forget that it is volume and price that drive the MACD.

Not the MACD driving volume and price.

Holders of oilers like CAZA, HAWK & ROSE can't have much of their original investment left, westie, looking at the difference between their current sp's and their sp's a year ago. You could be correct though.

I suppose a sub US$40 will hasten the end of the likes of CAZA, HAWK & ROSE.

I'm praying we get the OXS verdict before the end of the year. Surely a decision must be forthcoming soon?

Paps --No OPEC agreement to cut oil production tomorrow will result in a rush of
money into the likes of here. As I said on the PVR bb, most up stream oilers with no cash and a burden of debt have a serious problem.

I don't know whether you will get your wish, westie, for a sub 3p top up. The OXS share price was sub 3p for a few weeks at the end of July/early August, so you could be lucky. However the state of the MACD indicator suggests you might be unlucky. Also my reading of the tea leaves makes me feel we may have bottomed. bwtfdik?

"Grow up, its BOTH a buy AND a sell, that's why it's called a trade."

Not true, DrFinlay'sCasebook. Irrepective of whether it was a buy, or sell, the other side of that trade was probably an accumulation of many smaller trades.

"900k delayed buy at 18.13 promising."

Nurse couldn't find her reading glasses, Jamie Vardy, so I've used my high resolution magnifying glass to read your post again and I stick by my comments contained in post 29701.

Thanks for that Dr DarkStar. So it was an MM trade.
