03/12/2015 19:43 | I don't know what makes you so certain that 900k trade was a buy, ka1? It was reported after the Mkt closed and was TIMED at 15:13 (not the 18:13 you stated). The quoted MM spread at the time was 3.15p-3.49p which might indicate the trade was a sell. However it was an OK trade (K denotes a block trade) so I don't know if that trade would have gone through an MM. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can explain an OK trade? Not that it matters whether it was a buy or sell since it's all factored into the closing share price | ![]() papillon

03/12/2015 18:40 | Penny2Pounds...I don't agree with Mr Stig much, but on this matter I do.. You said: "Did you know that the Uzbeks have already admitted liability?" That's one hell of a statement to make - No wonder you haven't been on since to elaborate. If Shead was in the office tomorrow I'd call him and read that out to him and ask him to comment. You've talked b*llox in the past and I'm assuming you;re full of sh*te again... Care to comment? | ![]() pennyfalls
03/12/2015 17:44 | jaf, I don't think you will get a reply, in cases like this, who ever, "they" are take the moral high ground and, take it as read. Agree with you totally, an apology made deserves a response, however OXUS executives have their hands full currently, but courtesy is a splendid virtue however busy you are. | kun aguero1

03/12/2015 17:17 | kun, I retracted my comment and apologized in a second email to the Nomad and guess what, still no reply or even an acknowledgement. That is just bad manners. | ![]() jaf1948
03/12/2015 17:12 | "negotiated settlement etc" statement is another silly, incorrect post. The legal content of rns is as read. a deal can still be going on behind the scenes and is perfectly legal, 2 reasons; first, the uzbeks need to know R.S. is able to wait and if you, the uzbeks want a deal ok, but I stil reserve the right that if the award comes before a deal, you, the uzbeks are toast. 2nd. R.S. is the most honourable man on the AIM market and guards his integrity with a passion, he is perfectly able to do anything and talk to anyone whilst the wait goes on and he has no legal or moral responsibility to report it to Oxus shareholders until, "Subject to contract". | kun aguero1
03/12/2015 16:59 | jaf, sorry mate you stated what you posted as a fete accompli. p2p is not an oxus employee therefore is obviously guessing, nothing for solicitor to bother pursuing, also not defamatory nor slander. | kun aguero1
03/12/2015 16:20 | A settlement currently being negotiated between OXS and the Uzbeks is possible, but it's all just supposition at the moment. Nothing wrong with supposition, ka1, as long as it's not dressed up as fact as was p2p's post. | ![]() papillon
03/12/2015 16:17 | 3.30p to buy - (topped up) shows as sell but share price then up slightly. MMs seem as nervous as holders may be. | ![]() maytrees

03/12/2015 16:13 | Read my post again, Herr Goebbels! I didn't say there was anything in his post that was illegal. I just said it was make believe; wishful thinking on his part. p2p knows no more than the rest of us. | ![]() papillon
03/12/2015 16:11 | kun, You criticize me yesterday for using the phrase 'you have clearly misled investors' which is true but you accept 'Shead is very much aware of an imminent 'paid up' settlement' from p2p which is totally unsupported. | ![]() jaf1948
03/12/2015 16:02 | papolion, ross, not a single illegal utterance in post by p2p. supposition? maybe, but no way illegal. fwiw, I also think a deal is in the air. | kun aguero1

03/12/2015 15:16 | How can you know all this, pennys2pounds? What's your source? Have you bugged the OXS Boardroom? LOL. Stick to the facts. Your post is all just supposition. Wishful thinking. Just wait for the relevant OXS RNS. | ![]() papillon
03/12/2015 15:09 | Gents Do you really think a man of Shead's integrity used the phrase "very near future" without a very good reason? Have you wondered whether perhaps at the time Oxus were in heated discussions with the Uzbeks? Did you know that the Uzbeks have already admitted liability? Has one thought about the possibility of Oxus only announcing to market once the Uzbeks have already agreed and paid a settlement? All is not as it looks in the Oxus camp, Shead is very much aware of an imminent 'paid up' settlement but is bound by a confidentiality agreement. Once released do not expect any details of the case, the settlement has ruled this out. | pennys2pounds
03/12/2015 15:00 | OXS share price needs to break above that 4 year downtrend line. I've a feeling that only the verdict or an RNS giving a definite date for the verdict will cause that breakout. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | ![]() papillon |
