03/12/2015 09:55 | Orgasmic - could you clarify 29623, as don't understand? Cheers | wulber
03/12/2015 09:52 | Who is selling at this level? Things can change any minute. | marmar80
03/12/2015 09:44 | PGIL gone. Now free to do secret deal. IMO. Any day soon. DYOR | orgasmicbeef
03/12/2015 09:37 | wilfy 75, good post, Remember we are not the only peeps interested in the result, the scum at HMRC who do absolutely NO work, will be onto this like a leech if OXUS win, to steal as much money as possible. | kun aguero1
03/12/2015 09:26 | Greetings wilfy Whatever the result there is bound to be a rush to sell or buy. It would imho be wise therefore for the co to put in place some mechanics for ensuring a fair market in OXS shares at the relevant time. Some while waiting like to consider what those might be; others see no point - I'm in the former camp. | maytrees
03/12/2015 09:19 | maytrees - I don't see the point in speculating on the preparation they may have made - could you enlighten me? On your second point, I believe that you are right. The company would have a low value as a listed company with tax losses. | wilfy75
03/12/2015 09:17 | Good morning GS and all Will the co already have prepared two draft RNSs one for a loss and one for a win? I appreciate that the position is rather more complicated in that there are some 4 claims/counterclaims but whatever the results there will be a need for speedy info to the mkt. Also if there is a win will the share price be affected only by mkt forces or will there be a special divi. If the latter is it taxed? If the arbitration is lost my interpretation is that the co will not now be bust so might be sold as an empty shell? | maytrees
03/12/2015 09:08 | EDF, at the last AGM RS was asked why he needed to maintain offices, personnel and run up costs when - as you point out - the main purpose of the company at this point in time is to wait for an answer. His answer was that being a listed company entails incurring certain costs - accounts need to be prepared and audited, investor queries need to be answered and a certain skeleton staff (and office in which they should be based) needs to be maintained. They're not living in luxury there and I believe that he even extended an invitation to investors to visit and see for themselves if they wish to do so. I agree that it is a shame to see money flowing out but that will - hopefully - pale into insignificance when money starts flowing in! Incidentally, it's interesting to see that Yellen is raising interest rates. That should increase the GBP value of any award we receive quite nicely! | wilfy75
03/12/2015 09:01 | EDF - OXS always answer calls so why direct your query here when you get answers direct? Posters like pug contribute by going to the AGM's and doing insightful write-ups. Why don't you try and follow his example and call OXS and get the answers you are seeking? I don't mind anyone pursuing any line that fascinates them. For me, however, the more fascinating topic is whether OXS are heading towards a reasonable award that will catipult the share price in a northerly direction rocket style. | nick2412
03/12/2015 09:00 | There is a breakdown of the operating loss in the 2014 accounts . . . If you're still not happy then i suggest you call the company . . . However, it's pretty much irrelevant to the pending arbitration decision here IMHO . . . | cufes2
03/12/2015 08:57 | Its more peaceful in Syria than it is on here! | 99jeremiah
03/12/2015 08:52 | The figures of 530k for the last 6 months and almost 2 million in the last 24 months admin fees ARE from the company accounts. Unlike say Churchill who break down the admin costs to show how they arrived oxs have not done so in their accounts (or at least i can not find that information in their reported accounts ) Seems like a lot of money when your just waiting on a result??? | evil_doctor_facilier
03/12/2015 08:48 | Since none of us can realistically answer the question as we don't work for the company perhaps you could read the accounts or call the company if you're that interested in the expenditure . . . | cufes2
03/12/2015 08:48 | When people get bored they will discuss anything that will get a response Obviously fed up talking about the very near future. | luckyman3

03/12/2015 08:48 | EDF....maybe's you can't see it, but it's your tone to be fair. GS is only facilitating a thread that allows reasonable discussion. | jackington
03/12/2015 08:47 | DeanroberthuntWith regards to post 29584, do some research first before opening your thick gob | donpatrol
03/12/2015 08:44 | EDF, no idea what are they doing with those money. | marmar80
03/12/2015 08:42 | EDF et al...surely a question that you could ask Oxus directly? Its a reasonable question and may save at lot of conjecture, would it not? I feel Oxus have been direct when allowed from previous inquiries... | jackington
03/12/2015 08:42 | O/T EDF, perhaps you would be better to seek guidance from an accountant if you do not understand the statutory accounts as published. It seems you may not be suited to this thread, your choice, however I can assist in this matter. There are other OXS threads you can use. | giant steps
03/12/2015 08:42 | It seems they will happily post about 'being in for the weekend', about how the results is due NOW everyday for the last 60 and how many multiples of bags this will go up. However they dont seem to want to talk about actual facts about the company like the 100k per month being raised and the 500k in 6 months admin expenses sat on the lat 6 months accounts How strange. | evil_doctor_facilier
03/12/2015 08:37 | wine women and song..... | deanroberthunt |
