For what it's worth, skez13, the OXS Ichimoku chart is currently bearish. The OXS share price has dropped below the lower Bollinger Band and has bounced off the support of the 200 day EMA intraday. Neither the MACD, or RSI, is yet giving a buy signal. It must be remembered, as I HAVE FREQUENTLY POINTED OUT, that the ARMS chart (including the Ichimoku chart) were decidedly bearish the day before their verdict was announced.

I stick with my possible share price chart based targets of 7-10p if an RNS is issued giving a definite date of the arbitration verdict (as was the case with RUR), or a possible circa 20p+ share price if an RNS is issued giving the arbitration verdict. I emphasise the word POSSIBLE in my chart based predictions! I'm just GUESSING based on my charts!

Well it seems that the 200 day EMA has provided support intraday and the share price has bounced off it. Will it continue to provide support? NO IDEA!

a bit cheeky of you - as you posted just as many useless charts as him lol

Yes, I did post charts, but I always prefaced them with the comment for "what it's worth". I have never made SHORT TERM bullish predictions based on those charts. Just given POSSIBLE share price targets in the case of a positive arbitration verdict (or a definite date being given) My charts were mostly OXS charts showing current longer term trend lines, Bollinger Bands and some showing the current Ichimoku chart. I never made any bullish SHORT TERM predictions based on those charts. As it happens the OXS share price is currently below the lower Bollinger Band and resting on the 200 day EMA. Will it provide support? No idea!!

Unlike some others I have always stated that NEWS, or the PERCEPTION of news, drives share prices, NOT charts. Look back at my posts and you will see what I have posted above is factual.

Agree maytrees.Anyone hoping to climb aboard into the rise whrn an award comes, are deluding themselves. You will pay a higher price with each trade, and you will only get a few K shares max. Also there is the real possibility that if news comes after 4:30, or at preopen (before 8:00am), then the next trades will start at a new price to reflect the value of the claim, ie the rerating will be INSTANT at the preopen state.....certain people dobt quite understand this.

Greetings maytrees ,
This is what a discussion board is about... agreeing to disagree , to find a semblance of truth. what we know we have had guidance in 2014 that came to nought. At an agm it has been stated those who have conversed with RS he had shown regret in giving such guidance at the time.so my questioning is .. why do so again give guidance of an imminent award ? RS would not want to be seen to be wrong again? Professionally don't look good does it.It .. the result is truly imminent ?, or those words were used to bolster the share price so some big holders could adjust their holdings into a supported market! are we getting an award soon or is it another 12month wait.. I have no idea.

Most of the comments (they know who they are)are really just in relation to the share price.

You really would have to be the village idiot not to realise there's a few with there own sad agendas ,no matter what they say.
It's all repetitive stuff (same rubbish all day long)now and hardly worth posting.

wouldn't want to be in the trenches with some of you lot..

Yes, Festario, Stig's chart predictions have proved to be just so much wishful thinking on his part. Just like those of Zak Mir!!

In the continuing absence of arbitration verdict news the share price will possibly drift down until buyers decide it is very cheap and are tempted to pile in again.

Seeing I'm not interested in buying more, or selling any, I think I'll just give up reading and posting on this bb until we receive the next news on the arbitration verdict. I'm getting bored.

I'm annoyed at the delay and annoyed that I will have to wait longer for the verdict, but there is nothing I can do about it. The verdict could come at any time during what remains of 2015, or I could still be impatiently waiting in 2016. I've no idea.

Greetings kcowe

I (respectfully) disagree with you. If OXS wins then it is unlikely that one would be able to buy at anyhting like the current share price

If OXS loses then zilch for holders.

Logically therefore either one buys and holds or steers clear entirely?

Personally I cannot see the point of buying for a few days then selling before the arbitration outcome or attempting to trade, as such seems more likely
than not, to cause losses.

kcowe, if you're a long term holder, that RNS was purely encouragement - I didn't add on that news and I doubt many other LTHs did either. A few traders may have got burnt but that is the nature of their game.
