I have to agree that RS has let us down a second time. One should only give time-scales if all the variables are under your own control. Clearly he was again advised (wrongly) by his lawyers and one could take the cynical view that if they again advised him wrongly on the dates, how can we be certain that they haven't made other wrong decisions with the tribunal.

Although I still hold, my optimism, which was never that high, is at a new low.

Be careful what you say Kcowe. Shead has done an excellent job to
steer through troubled times. One imagines the "very near future"
qualifier was made with good reason and guidance.

It's funny.You slate RS but there's only one reason you're here and that's to get a cheaper reentry price. Once you're invested again, RS will be your hero and you will be talking about resistance levels instead of the support...which is another word your desired entry price.Prize buffoon.

Well it looks like that very near future is now turning into the intermediate future. Unless they want to do another cash call to the market and will release another very near future RNS but can all the mug punters here be fooled twice?Of course they can!

Two months from the 'very near future' statement is up today. I have no expectation whatsoever in any way shape or form that we will get news of any award today.

Uzbekistan business activities were controlled by Gulnara Karimova and her Zeromax. Oxus had two options to start their business: 1. Pay Karimova under the table;OR2. Formally ask Karimova for help. Oxus didn't have to bribe anyone simply because operated with Zeromax as a major shareholder.

Excellent posts papillon. Somewhat bizarre for someone to cite Metal-Tech given Metal-Tech didn't pass the jurisdiction stage due to bribery & corruption issues (breaching Uzbek law and the BIT) and OXS advanced.

If anyone thinks that White & Case wouldn't have gone to great lengths to find something along these lines that would have got OXS 'knocked out' in the jurisdiction stage then they are deluding themselves.

Of course the length of time taken means it is a complex case on either merits or, more likely in my view, quantum. Undoubtedly Yukos precedents will have had to be taken into account and I suspect Ms Sterne has dissented on something or other. Clearly, however, there has been no knock out blow with any bribery and corruption issues. Calunius will have done their thorough due diligence on this as well.

Everybodys friend and gang member, Davd Uzbek has been outed once by our Mr Richard Wilkins following which pennyfalls was given a verbal lashing sometime after by, you guessed it, Mr Richard Wilkins,

Now we get total tripe about back handers from oxus, The most Honourable man on the AIM market, Mr Shead. Pennyfalls is a complete fraud with a nasty mind.

I personally give 110% support to the Oxus board, and with respect to Mr Wilkins, particularly to Mr Shead.
