Why are so many of you in denial ? For all his superb work, RS has made two errors of judgement, relying on the words of others to make his promises.

You can argue how long is the 'very near future' with the same accuracy as counting the number of angels dancing on the head of a pin.

He made an error. Accept it and move on.

"Very near future"Is all relative to the time youve been invested, and the time the case has been running.If youre a quick buck merchant and only entered in the last few days/weeks then the very near future is probably 1-2 weeks.If youve been invested for the duration of the arbitration (4yrs) or longer, then the very near future is probably upto 4 months.Its all relative.

Have we won on merits? Yes is my feeling as we would have found out a verdict a long time ago if the case was flawed or any spanners!

$450 - $600 mn is my guestimate as we have been waiting 4 years and not the 2 years like the average on most tribunals.

I also think the 6% - 8% pa allowable interest for the delay as discussed earlier, would also be part of this figure LESS c. $50 mn to Calunis is where I feel we'll be, so 37p - 52p.

Also, don't be too quick to write RS off on his near future comment!

I don't mind the wait as I fully appreciate the complexity of the case. I also didn't mind the 'by the end of December 2014' mistake - these things happen. Where I do feel let down is RS making another announcement where he was not in control of the situation. As a CEO, or in fact in any walk of life, you don't commit to what you cannot control.

JAF, in hindsight RS may regret the 2014 expectation remark although the fact
he acknowledged this (off record) at the last AGM suggests "very near future"
comment is with substance.

SOS100, No way. I have held since 2012 and never sold a share, though I have added along the way.

GS, I still think RS has done a great job for us. But I also think he has made those two errors of judgement, which is not bad over the length of the tribunal.

I am happy to hold and wait irrespective of the share price fluctuations meanwhile.
Worrying about what others might do and why as regards OXS is a waste of effort.
Clearly the OXS share price will rise and fall as those who are impatient etc. move on
but the case for staying put remains the same.
