Edgein, Edf posted your OEX post on here, not me. I just commented on it.

GLA. Lets hope the arbitration verdict handsomely rewards OXS shareholders.

Ross,

6m per month, then I guess they'll need to accelerate then surely as some are expecting the verdict in the very near future. Which do you think we'll see first no significant holding RNS or the main event?

Regards,
Ed.

We are all obviously becoming 'slightly' impatient here for news.
FWIW I appreciate the posts by edf papillon Edgein and others on this thread.

Oh Ok Pap, just didn't see the relevance of a post about OEX to the recent discussion regarding OXS and whether or not RAB will sell their 8p shares, and try to get them all away in the very near future. I see their fund manager doesn't seem to be in a rush to sell.

Ross,

He's just speculating, just like you and the rest of us. Noone here knows what RAB or Trident or anyone else will do between now and the verdict anyone that does pretend to know is just noise.

Regards,
Ed.

"But that's AIM, you never been in a share that released bad news, must be the same as EDF then? :)"

Now don't get nasty with me, Edgein. Don't be so touchy. Of course I've been in shares where unexpected bad news has been issued. I wasn't criticising you; I was just wishing you better luck with OXS than you had with OEX. That's all. I also observed that you appear to have given up on OEX since that bad RNS dated 11th November; nothing wrong with that. It seems rather sensible on your part to me.

Ross,

You're a little too sensitive too. Why does he know, or do you know RAB's intentions?

Pap,

Yeah OEX were looking good in the quarterlies, funding secured, plans laid out. But seemingly the payment for the deferred shares didn't arrive and the funder wasn't happy. Unfortunately Mr Miller made no reference to that in the quarterlies several days before. But that's AIM, you never been in a share that released bad news, must be the same as EDF then? :)

Regards,
Ed.

DFGO,

Very true, they're making very good progress towards the next two Cambay development wells and also developing all these old through to production. Its been a long time coming but we're now entering the period we've all been waiting for. Multiple workover wells followed by the main event. The quarterly report shows just how tantalizingly close we are to the development drilling.

Regards,
Ed.

Edf. Lets hope Edgein has far better luck with OXS than he did with OEX!!

PS. I notice Edgein hasn't posted on OEX since that bad news day (11th November).

melodrama,

Given the choice of looking at graphs or the above pictures, I'm afraid the graphs lose.

Anyone who wants the spreadsheet can email me through ADVFN, just as long as if you are going to pick holes in it, you do it constructively. Don't see why I should post "in public" as that just makes Market Makers lives easier and no one wants that.

What I find most amazing is that in just under 3 years, people who know nothing about what the final outcome will be (including myself) have posted nearly 30,000 items on this thread alone.

No it wouldn't Ross

Because the potential award figure is not known and would cause an arbitrage situation so the market value stands at zero award which is where it is now.

Its like selling land with planning permission and without it. You apply for permission where you await a decision. What's the value of the land???

ITS VALUE WITHOUT PERMISSION OF COURSE.

Same principle, agricultural land is worth c.£20,000 per hectare, where residential land including London is valued at £6 million per hectare = 300 times more after planning permission.

Remember this isn't land, it's gold and shed loads of it!.

you are assuming investors have perfect knowledge and symmetric risk-reward profiles, both are wrong/amateurish assumptions
