In a way the point you make is almost an argument against shares bulletin boards at all.

Most cos only have news occasionally and OXS really only has 1 element of news which longer term holders are awaiting. Should one only post on news?

Having invested in OXS about a year ago, moans about the expected "by 31st December 2014" result date apart, there is not very much of substance that strictly needed to be posted on a BB since then. However comments of others -ve or +ve on the same investment are useful imho and better than silence given the potential price of investing or worth of possible reward.

6 MILLION in a month is some going on a stock like this ken.

Just starting to get a bit tired at the constant ramping on here when only one thing will make the price move past the rab overhang and that is the settlement amount (If any).
All these daily spaghetti of words blatant and banal ramps posted by the same few posters are getting ridiculous.

It's the equivalent of someone posting the likes of this every day.

Hopefully OXS will succeed.

If it does however bearing in mind the huge number of shares held by RAB which I gather is liquidating, any views as to whether the OXS would declare a special dividend on shares held by the arbitration result day, or whether the market will be left to find its own level?

My own feeling is that if (and it remains an huge "if") OXS has won there will be little difficulty in enforcement, not least because Uzbekistan's recent involvement in trade fairs etc., makes plain that country's intention to expand its international trade, which not complying voluntarily with an international arbitration outcome could damage perhaps irreparably. Thus I go for simple market forces re the share price

The MACD strong break-up could see us approach c.5p, despite us all been here for obvious reasons and not to trade.

PS I am not a trader but an all paid up holder of a 7 figure number of shares for the end result.

proven resources, and had already established mining facilities to

Given the report some weeks ago, to the effect that the result is imminenet,
my expectation is that the outcome should be known this week though I am waiting until the result even if later.

Perhaps we've gained sufficient traction to swing up and break through the 4.75/4.8 ceiling. 5p would be a great signal as we approach month end. Not convinced news will be this month, but it's close, this much we know.
