It appears they have sold the interest shares earned in 2015 (a de-risk for them)

Only a complete novice fool would believe a word he writes concerning OXS. The ludicrous predictions would be criminal if it they could be taken seriously.

Stick to reading the posts of folk who are not mentally unhinged and have been here longer than last Christmas.

Not a deramp but the concern I have here is that I have been invested in shares where directors make statements about being 'confident' of imminent awards, contract wins, discoveries etc., only for them not to materialise. I take them at their word, I'm sure they are confident, but that's not the same as being 'certain'.I'm prepared to risk a few quid though, but let's not fool ourselves, it is a risk, despite the 'confidence' levels.

They are in wind down. They have sold below 4% threshold so its a good sign forced sellers selling and plenty of buyers taking up the 'slack'.

It's not only the charts which are garbage. The loon fancies himself as some wannabe lawyer/arbitration expert.

So much rubbish he writes - it is hard to know where to begin.

The idiot keeps on about punitive damages - PSML

Yes the Special Sits funds will more likely to play the arb game once a definitive result is known because they have a bit more certainty then. This is still in PI/HNWI punting realm at moment.

Once the result is delivered I guess the Uzbeks and their 'friends' could also hedge their exposure by buying in the market. (I don't think they would risk to do so beforehand because the Tribunal might deem it interference in the due process and apply penalty damages over and above the $1250m claim)

I remember it used to be and thanks for letting me know that.
As I always get annoyed thinking I am loosing out because of not having that option. Problem with buying it on leverage is if they do not win then one is owing a massive debt to IG Index. That would suit me if I could get credit as I find nothing happens when one does not pay up debts such as credit cards and payday loans.

How do you work that out when they have all been at full ask?

Announcement out of hours would be great,
for example tonight @ 16:30 - gives the
PR machines time to make their case.

Best option is to open up an IG Index account and buy up the limited risk ones. There is a limit of how many you can buy on the 3 different time scales.
The option for going long on Oxus may come to a close, so dont take my word for it.

That way you will only loose 1/3 of your money if the decision is a bad one. Plus it will be a tax free gain.

Pitty for me is I have the worst ever credit score, so no chance in me getting an account. All mine are paid up from hard earned cash.

I have bought and paid up for all mine in ISA account. Already written off the amount so if I gain something from it will be bonus!

Every investor / trader should have some exposure to this unique opportunity.

You'd be mad not to!

No one yet knows the OFFICIAL arbitration verdict, steve, though investors can have a good guess based on RS's "VERY NEAR FUTURE" & "CONFIDENCE"

Those 50k AT trades. Half must be buys, half sells.

Bronco

1. The word is Arbitrage
2. You may get out at '20' and then miss out on the extra 25% upside to 25, but you then run the 'reinvestment risk', where will you put that money ? What is to say you will not put it into something which promptly halves ?

As the recent CHL/OXS switch debate showed those who were so confident of CHL made an error not listening to more sage advice.

Hedge funds etc will eventually do an arbitrate between the share price and award, to my point yesterday, if the company value is 20 and the award is 25 (after expenses, etc), then they will start mopping up PI shares and wait for the award to be paid.

It can take ages. I will probably be getting out when it is at the 20, won't be waiting for the 25.

I hope this is not going to 20p and then back down to 15p and just flatline every day after. That is boring if I am stuck at 15p. As I will not sell until it goes back up to 20p again.

Simon Cawkwell has been quiet on this up to now but I suspect he will not want to be out of a potential 10-20 bagger on a 50-50 (70-30) Chance of Success with imminent payout potential. So expect his followers to descend at some point. Expect news / promotion over the weekend will see the stock seriously start to breakout next week I expect as the stock accumulates in the hands of stronger holders.

Best to accumulate whilst it's 'quiet' (only 100 odd posts a day ; we will be getting 1000+ a day soon I expect)
