Where does the claim range $489m to $1,250m in header come from? Have Oxus ever released any information on size of claim? Thanks

$552.4m to c$1.25bn claim range and c650m shares in issue taking into account all outstanding notes.
Payout Payout/share
$552.1m = $0.85
$650m = $1
$715m = $1.10
$780m = $1.20
$845m = $1.30
$910m = $1.40
$975m = $1.50
$1040m = $1.60
$1105m = $1.70
$1170m = $1.80
$1235m = $1.90
Clearly Calunius cut has to come out of this and interest on award to be added.
My view is $50m for Calunius and $10m to be received in interest.
We may have 675m shares in issue by the time the decision is made but this is the range on claim with 650m shares.

Very few (if any) AIM stocks can offer the prospect of rising up to a multiple of 12 times the current share price within (probably) 1 month. So I expect buying to continue as the rest of the AIM market is pretty docile right now (compared to the main market). People will want to be in, to win.

Even by OXS standards to me the use of VERY implies days or at longest weeks.

Wow just answering my own question from earlier re biggest one day stock moves. Come across one stock which went up over 20,000 % !

That is 200x in a day

Turning 1k into 200k ! or 5k into a million

That was a one day move, most of the ones in this list have taken place over years ...

Plenty of little resistance levels between 3.9p and 4.625p

I think we will break 4.625p when RAB are out, then could see quick move to 10p

I'm aware of some as high as 2200% but has anybody seen a list anywhere ?

Apparently the largest one day move in an IPO was over 900%.

MP, i always liked the idea the regime acquire Oxus shares to hedge against
huge claim, but now we are so close to news other scenarios may come into
play. The speedy payment (settlement) or Oxus selling out to a specialist
fund (for collection of monies) are two other likes.
