02/10/2015 09:58 | We have had some rather tedious boosting of CHL on here before. The CHL boosters were wrong then and they are wrong now. In Mid-August the CHL holders were warned that CHL was over-valued and would need to raise more money as they are further behind OXS in their claim. Oxus 2015, awaiting merits and quantum - OXS Giant Steps - 14 Aug 2015 - 09:39:08 - 23106 of 24355 Agree with apf and stig, the switch CHL to OXS seems most obvious (no advice intended) -------------------- Since that discussion there has been a 60-70% relative move in OXS's favour | the stigologist
02/10/2015 09:58 | In my opinion Chl will arrive within 2 years. Oxs within days we hope. | marmar80
02/10/2015 09:56 | I suspect this will end up blue today with the claim so huge and the RNS so "very near". | lithological heterogeneities
02/10/2015 09:39 | Ross as I mentioned months ago I am put off investing in CHL by possibility of more fundraising which proved true today.18p! | dave444
02/10/2015 09:19 | Worth to remind the claim range is USD 400m - 1.2bn. Not many small caps can offer this level of return vs. risk. | marmar80
02/10/2015 09:02 | I know, so I think result RNS is more likely on Monday | marmar80
02/10/2015 08:45 | Is there a genuine chance of the verdict being announced over the weekend? I would have thought a weekday is more likely. | slong

02/10/2015 07:59 | kcowe, the figure is not known as it's confidential - so one makes a guess | giant steps
02/10/2015 07:58 | Kcowe - no one actually knows for sure. What we do know is that it's on a sliding scale dependant upon size of award and amount of time taken. From my past research they normally look for a 4-600% return so anywhere between $24.6m to $36.9m as an estimate. | pennys2pounds
02/10/2015 07:54 | What percentage are calunius set to take on a successful result? Giant steps? | kcowe

02/10/2015 07:29 | Verdict this weekend (*) ? Huge Claim, Huge Potential * fits with "very near future" | giant steps
02/10/2015 07:26 | OXS multibagger potential with Calunius providing $6.15 million of funding to date on a no win no fee basis and the directors remain confident that the Arbitral Tribunal will, in the very near future, rule in the Group's favour and that fair compensation will be awarded. Update on Arbitration The Group currently awaits the decision of the Arbitral Panel with regard to the merits and the quantum of the UNCITRAL arbitration claim against the Republic of Uzbekistan, the arbitral hearing having taken place in Paris in late April / early May 2014. Litigation funding agreement The existing arrangement with a litigation funder to support the Company's arbitration through non-recourse funding of legal and related fees arising from the arbitration process remains in place. At 30 June 2015, the Company had received $6.15 million of funding, which is only repayable upon the successful outcome of the arbitration. Outlook The directors remain confident that the Arbitral Tribunal will, in the very near future, rule in the Group's favour and that fair compensation will be awarded for both the AGF and Khandiza mining assets, which were blatantly misappropriated by the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this respect, the Board will continue to take whatever steps it deems necessary to ensure the return of value to the Company's long-suffering stakeholders. | nuffsaidok
