I as others don't believe there will be much in the release to guide us going forward although I do believe the most interesting news is what they are not saying.

By leaving the release to the very last minutes indicates to me that they are indeed expecting news very soon, if not imminently as, if they had not received any guidance whatsoever, why leave it this late. Just my hunch and nothing more.

Just in case something comes out, perhaps they do think the final judgement is close and therefore leaving the interim results to the last minute. Like others here I'm not expecting much new in there, but gonna read this year's interim results with the same attention to RS comments just as last year's statement.

Coley - From the company, they intend to comply with the deadline, and know that that deadline is today. As for why the delay they would not ellaborate.

Recently large trades have appeared just before the bell - buy trades too as I recall.

RNS confirmed by the company to be released today and likely before close of business. Called the company.

This talk about suspension and an award is great, but let's not get carried away here. I am not expecting any material change/update from the previous guidance but as always, happy to be proven wrong!

Substantial volume may appear today for two reasons:

1/ over-leveraged traders may exit if suspension looks likely (RNS needed today)

2/ suspension may be a "verdict lock-in" so today may be last chance for tickets

Looks like it is going to be locked-in or locked-out depending which side of the fence you are sitting.

Make up your mind time; if you think they will win or if you think it will be a lost case. This has always been a binary bet.

Talk this month has been of them leaving it until the last moment in case news breaks. That is probably still the case. Every day counts so they are really leaving until the last moment. Where's all the speculative volume that one would expect if news was rumoured to break today.

I've always hoped for suspension, to prevent me top slicing some of my holding, and (as has been said) lock out the evil traders.But... I hope suspension isn't TOO long in duration.
