30/9/2015 11:29 | Could the delay be due to some information they have already received from the arbi panel and therefore the RNS taking longer than usual to prepare it. DYOR | 78steve
30/9/2015 11:26 | The burning question is why the delay ... | giant steps
30/9/2015 11:22 | Or suicide note. | skidaddle
30/9/2015 11:19 | Yes the terminology will be interesting..confide | grahamc333
30/9/2015 11:17 | Anyway, exciting day, rns coming....we don't get them often | apfindley
30/9/2015 11:16 | I as others don't believe there will be much in the release to guide us going forward although I do believe the most interesting news is what they are not saying. By leaving the release to the very last minutes indicates to me that they are indeed expecting news very soon, if not imminently as, if they had not received any guidance whatsoever, why leave it this late. Just my hunch and nothing more. | dorset64
30/9/2015 11:12 | Slong, Just in case something comes out, perhaps they do think the final judgement is close and therefore leaving the interim results to the last minute. Like others here I'm not expecting much new in there, but gonna read this year's interim results with the same attention to RS comments just as last year's statement. Regards, Ed. | edgein
30/9/2015 11:10 | Courboy.Cheers for taking the time to phone them. | apfindley
30/9/2015 11:10 | I made a prediction the big news could be out this week and it looks like i've not proven wrong yet. Only prediction so don't shoot me down if it doesn't happen. | 78steve
30/9/2015 11:00 | Why would the company delay it though, it certainly does nothing for the shareholders blood pressure! | slong
30/9/2015 10:51 | cheers Slong. My bets on a boring RNS but happy to be proved wrong. | coley15
30/9/2015 10:49 | I am expecting a boring RNS. | pug151
30/9/2015 10:45 | Coley - From the company, they intend to comply with the deadline, and know that that deadline is today. As for why the delay they would not ellaborate. | slong
30/9/2015 10:44 | Recently large trades have appeared just before the bell - buy trades too as I recall. I'm staying in for the outcome. | maytrees
30/9/2015 10:44 | RNS confirmed by the company to be released today and likely before close of business. Called the company. This talk about suspension and an award is great, but let's not get carried away here. I am not expecting any material change/update from the previous guidance but as always, happy to be proven wrong! | courboy1
30/9/2015 10:42 | slong - hope or knowledge? | coley15
30/9/2015 10:37 | Substantial volume may appear today for two reasons: 1/ over-leveraged traders may exit if suspension looks likely (RNS needed today) 2/ suspension may be a "verdict lock-in" so today may be last chance for tickets | giant steps
30/9/2015 10:37 | Company will comply with the filing deadline which is 30th Sept. | slong
30/9/2015 10:35 | Looks like it is going to be locked-in or locked-out depending which side of the fence you are sitting. Make up your mind time; if you think they will win or if you think it will be a lost case. This has always been a binary bet. | buggy
30/9/2015 10:34 | Dub - good post. No volume to back up. | coley15
30/9/2015 10:14 | Talk this month has been of them leaving it until the last moment in case news breaks. That is probably still the case. Every day counts so they are really leaving until the last moment. Where's all the speculative volume that one would expect if news was rumoured to break today. Please let me be wrong... | dubhgeannain
30/9/2015 09:32 | I've always hoped for suspension, to prevent me top slicing some of my holding, and (as has been said) lock out the evil traders.But... I hope suspension isn't TOO long in duration. | festario |
