Just bought another 50,000.

My personal thought is that RS waited until the 30th because he really thought there was a chance of an announcement of the conclusion of the arbitration process and details of any award.

Very interesting comment from RS at the end, especially considering we know his regret at guiding a result by the end of 2014 previously.

Their legal team surely will have commented on their opinion on success and whilst we don't know quantum of an award, I will now be extremely surprised if we ended up in another MTT situation where OXS had acted improperly (just as well as I have rather a lot of these!).

Potentially a few exciting weeks ahead and I feel more confident now than I did when I first invested in 2008.

I am happy with the announcement, it really does look like we are entering the final stage at long last. Checked the Oxford English Dictionary to see if there's a definition of "very near future", but alas not.

I like that statement, so RS sees that we'll get fair compensation in the very near future. Tempted to add more, not done so in the last two months, hmm decisions decisions.

6p still looks a good gamble price for the Arbitration outcome that looks all but certain to arrive no later than May 2016.

I have been invested here since 2006 and am more confident now than ever. Its been a very long hard road, but I really do believe you don't get anything for nothing in this world, I have had the pain now FFS where is my gain.

Very near future is still a subjective term.
Personally I read it as days / weeks rather than months / years.
However that's just my interpretation!
