No vote for suspension from me.

Always better to have an option to sell out at your own choosing and if that means that option kicks in at 6p for example pre-announcement, I'd rather have the choice to sell out then.

If people believe that they'll win, then they would be foolish to sell out low and not have the courage of their convictions.

Yes Bob, Everyone knows the traders will spike this, then they will short and bring out doom stories to crash the price and thrn they will buy again etc etc repeat.They will get genuine holders to exit at a low price.If you want your true value from this, you should wish for it without the interference of day trading manipulators.

Well you have until 4:30 today to make your exit.... Or be locked in for what we've been patiently waiting for.The ONLY people who won't be happy with a suspension are the traders who like to manipulate the markets. They will want to play games here, but they won't be able to if we're suspended.In that case we will receive our true share of any award.Uncomfortable? Then exit today.

I cant see why the half year report has not been issued, it is not audited so there is no need for external sign off. This is the half year report so anything to do with the CLN's or result wont enter into it as it would have to have impacted the accounts to 30/6. Feeling a bit uncomfortable with this, had it happen once before (albeit with full year accs) and it was suspended.

Although I still maintain Suspension is a low odds probability because LSE frowns on it and previous UNCITRAL ruling stocks have not suspended.

Deadline today as per exchange rules. Not sure why they would delay until 4:30.

Half-yearly reports
18. An AIM company must prepare a half-yearly report in respect of the six month period from
the end of the financial period for which financial information has been disclosed in its
admission document and at least every subsequent six months thereafter (apart from the
final period of six months preceding its accounting reference date for its annual audited
accounts). All such reports must be notified without delay and in any event not later than
three months after the end of the relevant period.
