Oxs could have issued this RNS last week. In my openion, it was delayed because they had a reasonable indication from lawyers that the verdict may come before end of Sept. It did not and as a result they have to issue the RNS as required by Aims rule. I believe it is a matter of days now or may be weeks but not months.

Loverat - i think anyone who invests in the market is wise enough to research and make their own decisions.Personally i do not trade this and have held for over 1 year with a sell order set at 20p.Good luck all

I have held OXS for many years and traded occasionally so know the opportunity and researched alot etc.

I think perhaps some of the newer investors should have their eyes open to the dangers of conmen operating on this thread, thats all. No issue - take it or leave it.

So Stigologist has largely given up trying to mislead investors on this thread about multi billion dollar settlements so he is spamming the rest of the site for mugs. I said before, Stigologist will dump when he has reached his target. The dishonest opportunist's ridiculous valuations, widely discredited here was tonight posted on the traders thread.

Let's hope people keep sensible and look at the good research posted by the majority of sensible posters here - rather than the nonsense of a renowned conman.

Cautiously optimistic is where I am at.

Huge reluctance for RS to give a timetable back in May 2015
after previous year comment of news expected by end of 2014.

To have guidance today (30/9) that news expected in the very
near future is not to be ignored.

Just looked in. Nice to see today's rise. My holding remains unchanged except for the involuntary sale of 3,000 odd shares (at about 2.8p?) by my broker before the 30 day deadline to deal with a custody charge that was due (the sale must have been last week or the week before?), and even then I had given written instructions to sell FRR shares if I couldn't attend to the matter promptly! These things are sent to try us.

Anyway I am very pleased to read RS's last sentence or so. Am only connected to the internet once in a blue moon, so I can't follow things properly. A big thank you to all the long-term Oxs followers here, and to GS for keeping everything going. Yes, if I win big on Oxs it won't compensate me for the amount I have been disinherited by (I was happy to be regarded as an idiot investing in this, and to put two fingers up to my family). Fingers crossed it comes good.

I bought my sqz march to may 2015, so not added there recently.

I don't ever remember RS saying that they're confident of a result very near term ever before. Yeah they've been confident and even very confident that the company will receive fair compensation for the blatant misappropriation of assets before, just not given an imminent outlook that we received today. Well who knows where the price will go. CHL hit a cap of around £60-65m on speculation that their case may settle, whereas today we have a firm statement that CEO RS is confident of a +ve outcome very near term. That's new to everyone here. He'll have a better idea of timing and outcome than anyone else here that's for sure.

this will finish 4p/5p tomorrow imho as word gets around about the possible huge award being "in the very near future" and everyone gets in prior to Monday,just in case.
