30/9/2015 13:57 | These days CEO's on AIM have to justify to their nomads any word they use. OXUS may wish for a 'very near future' decision but their advisors would only allow them to say so in an RNS if there is solid reason. I think RS and his legal team know the timeframe and it's 'very near'! Exciting times ahead. | nick2412
30/9/2015 13:56 | A few years ago these went up to 6p on a buying frenzy. Not much point making share price predictions as you will see the action soon enough. But this could rise substantially before the result. | loverat

30/9/2015 13:54 | The chart (EWT) implies a possible spike up to around 5p-8p pre award. Though the chart is not always right! | papillon
30/9/2015 13:52 | For management to come out with a statement like that they obviously been told the same from the parties passing down the decision. So not long to wait now! dyor | 78steve

30/9/2015 13:39 | I think it interesting that this RNS almost answers all of the questions we have had, and would have, after a positive award. Costs to legal to date; total numbers of shares for CLNs etc. Is RS answering our questions and preparing the ground, and ensuring that in all the noise and confusion after the success RNS, all the info is out there? The "very near future". | wassapper
30/9/2015 13:38 | 'In the very near future'... I interpret that as in weeks certainly not more than 6 months. | 78steve
30/9/2015 13:37 | 'In the very near future'... | loverat
30/9/2015 13:36 | ... in the very near future | giant steps
