I am in a dilemma should I buy in more heavy as I am in a bit cautious at present. Once in lifetime an al that... hmm decisions.. decisions...

These days CEO's on AIM have to justify to their nomads any word they use. OXUS may wish for a 'very near future' decision but their advisors would only allow them to say so in an RNS if there is solid reason. I think RS and his legal team know the timeframe and it's 'very near'! Exciting times ahead.

A few years ago these went up to 6p on a buying frenzy.

Not much point making share price predictions as you will see the action soon enough. But this could rise substantially before the result.

The chart (EWT) implies a possible spike up to around 5p-8p pre award. Though the chart is not always right!

Very near future is few weeks maximum to my mind especially given previous issue with timescales. Before CLN date for certain!

I think it interesting that this RNS almost answers all of the questions we have had, and would have, after a positive award. Costs to legal to date; total numbers of shares for CLNs etc.

Is RS answering our questions and preparing the ground, and ensuring that in all the noise and confusion after the success RNS, all the info is out there?
