31/3/2017 09:35 | Odds on OPTI will break 100p next week. Surely. | someuwin
31/3/2017 09:22 | Well done shazbo. | someuwin
31/3/2017 09:22 | SKIN will probably be very volatile in trading next week. If you don't get in first thing, and I doubt it will be easy, you may get another chance .... but it will be hectic. There is no guarantee of free shares from OPTI, but I guess its more likely, the better SKIN do. | luminoso
31/3/2017 09:15 | Have to agree with marnewton - value, balance sheet, etc not often correlated to share price share price is sentiment driven and that can zoom up and away from fundamental value or not even recognise it. Thats what makes shares tradeable. If you want to get the most from any rise in SKIN, you have to buy SKIN IMO. If you can ! I like Someuwin's point about isa's. | luminoso
31/3/2017 09:12 | Looks like some don't care about the free shares! You would be stupid to sell now!! (Each to their own though!) | primal123
31/3/2017 09:07 | I agree with Rafboy - think those who were hoping to buy SKIN next week have realised that might be difficult given the oversubscribed IPO and that a better option for the moment is to buy more OPTI. | jestercat2
31/3/2017 09:07 | Hopefully people will hang on for their free shares, rather than trade a spike, says the chartist;¬) M EDIT: 94.25p is the next area of resistance. | marnewton
31/3/2017 09:07 | #BREAKOUT!! | trotterstrading
31/3/2017 09:05 | I think people are realising that it may be difficult to buy in the IPO without paying a significant premium to the flotation price. However, you can still benefit in the increase via a holding in OPTI. How much this might be is the subject of debate and an interesting one. | rafboy
31/3/2017 09:04 | Is something else going on ?? | bobdown2
31/3/2017 09:02 | guys what's going on this morning? It's only 1 hour into trading. I'd prefer a steady rise than a sharp one because it will attract the traders to sell this afternoon. | branboyd1
31/3/2017 08:59 | 12 month high in sight | owenmo
31/3/2017 08:58 | Hi elrico, I think we're closer to agreement. It was a 'direct correlation' in the respective share-prices I took issue with. Value and share-price are not the same. It's why, in part, I eschewed the fundamental valuation of stocks for charting! Pictures are so much easier than all those figures;¬) ATB M EDIT: Sorry, very boring amid all this excitement! | marnewton
31/3/2017 08:58 | People are buying in ahead of the weekend presentation and the IPO. Great day ahead I feel. | rafboy
31/3/2017 08:57 | Next, I'm a Gershwin fan; you say either and I say other; I say bewitched, bothered and bewildered. | owenmo
31/3/2017 08:57 | Selling above offer | vivgav
31/3/2017 08:57 | Actual price is 86-87. Advfn needs to catch up! | parob
31/3/2017 08:51 | All looking VERY positive. | someuwin
31/3/2017 08:51 | 23k share buy just went through on NEX. | rafboy
31/3/2017 08:47 | it's confusing, this skin demerger, even the brains trust on here can't agree, owenmo, it's tricky, is there really going to be a special dividend paid in what, shares?, i'm baffled, bewildered and bemused, still so long as everything goes up, that's the main thing. | neftanikoff
31/3/2017 08:39 | Steady buying again ..good start!! | moormoney
31/3/2017 08:36 | Griffin; you'll have your questions lined up no doubt. Yesterday on this bb it was suggested that if SKIN were to advance by 100% on ipo, Opti, in turn might register say 10p gain. A 100% gain for privileged new arrivals; a 12% gain for bedrock investors disposing of a major chunk of a dynamic business. Where the is the quid pro quo? In special dividends? How are we to be compensated for the disposal apart from a tiny percentage of the gain opportune ipo stakeholders will click up. I know I'm saying same thing in different ways; and in an ideal world there's a very simple answer. Which is? | owenmo
31/3/2017 08:32 | Stock is tight, added a few more yesterday and today. | john henry |
