24/10/2017 18:22 | Chris im not sure where this is information is getting lost but LPLDL reduces cholesterol and blood pressure. It works. The independent data proves this. What we need is for it to be proved over multiple geographies and wider territories to reinforce the evidence which is bods aim. You appear to be questioning the reliability of the data and science which is where the frustration lies and the perception of your negativity. Vanduke we've had countless loons on here under various usernames spreading rumours and complete rubbish so we are well within our rights to question the intent of the 'newly created' posters at first. | ![]() riskybusiness1
24/10/2017 18:13 | Chris - Perhaps my use of the word negative is a little overbearing, but it is the avalanche focus on your interpretation of the validity of LP-LDL, which appears over cautious to many, including me. I have already outlined the science, peer reviews, multinationals lining up to use LP-LDL - I have also told you on three occasions SACCO will be suring up the science via larger human studies, as per RNS. I have also demonstrated one of the leaders in probiotics supplement, food additives, etc (Chr Hansens LGG) DOES NOT have the science backing OPTI has, but somehow they have commercialised it to great effect and is is worth c£10m more than OPTI's combined market cap. And yet you ignore this and drum your concerns home time and again. If you would like to point me to my "over the top bullishness" and or "ramp it up a bit" I'll suitably explain it for you. IMHO I have dealt with the facts and thus far avoided bullish projection on any forum. Privately this has been another matter.....where I guess I could be accused of being over the top bullishness. My opinions are my own - I have not jumped on the back of anyone else's opinion, I just agree with some, NOT all other people have wrote about you. "You are correct when you imply that time will tell if LPLDL is effective in lowering BP and LDL levels." I hope I did NOT imply your quote above, because I actually believe in the science. As and when larger studies are performed I am confident these will demonstrate nothing more than what has already been independently demonstrated. | elrico
24/10/2017 18:12 | el wht you got to say to that | fathenry
24/10/2017 17:52 | elrico If you read my posts carefully you will see that there is not a negative slant, maybe you are blinded by your over the top bullishness. There is caution in my approach as previously stated. You are correct when you imply that time will tell if LPLDL is effective in lowering BP and LDL levels and this is confirmed in larger population studies. I don't know of any other substance that can do both these things and if it can do this then as I have said it will be an astonishing breakthrough but you and others seem to think it is a given whereas I am hopeful. I like your posts but it is wrong and disrespectful to jump on others who may be more reserved in their judgement. I have followed your posts for some time and got some good information from them but you do have a tendency to 'ramp it up' a bit but I can live with that! | ![]() chrisg11
24/10/2017 17:30 | The mechanism of action is known with LPLDL and has been demonstrated in laboratory, replica gut models and in 50 human subjects which is more than enough to prove the concept of the science. The science works. The probiotic market is £40+bn market. It is only now from recent breakthroughs in this space that it is proven particular species and more selectively strains can bring a specific health benefit to the host. This has created a gap in the market for companies like Opti who do everything built on solid science independently through world leaders in the field. The probiotic market is without doubt shifting towards these products due to a better educated consumer and the overall understanding of this space. | ![]() riskybusiness1
24/10/2017 16:56 | Well said Elric!!! | primal123
24/10/2017 16:53 | Chris - How many times do you need to be told OPTI via SACCO will indeed sure up the science by performing more tests. Item 5 RNS 22/8/17: A commitment from Sacco to support the funding of further developments of LP(LDL) (R), including marketing and human studies, to expand the commercialisation of LP(LDL) (R) into new markets. End Can we now agree to put your constant negative slant on LP-LDL validity to bed until such a time a new report supports your opinion. | elrico
24/10/2017 15:28 | Nothing at all to prove Vanduke - but you could? at stroke of pen, dispel disbelief that you are accumulating, when, in reality, as we say on these parts, yuo’re a “hurler on the ditch” - a non-participating (sideline) critic; or worse, you have an agenda. | owenmo
24/10/2017 15:25 | The greatest medical breakthrough in our time is rather egging it up a tad to much imho But I suppose its great (though odd) that some people think that way Its the sugar that at the moment I think will be the real biggy for Opti bwtfdik | ![]() judijudi
24/10/2017 15:23 | loungeact Thats a bit unfair if I may say so. I am quite a believer in the science hence my investment but I would like to see a better study than the 50 person study that has been done..Maybe more have been done that I don't know about and you can enlighten me on the results. The science is very exciting and I am one of the excited but obviously some are more readily convinced than myself. I like SOH,he seems to know what he is doing and is going about things in the right way. I would prefer to say that I am cautious rather than deluded and medically that would be a more accurate description of my mental state. If LPLDL is shown to lower cholesterol and BP in bigger and better designed studies then it will be the greatest medical breakthrough in our time, comparable with the discovery of insulin if not greater. We are all hoping that this turns out to be the way it goes. Just imagine something that does this with virtually no side effects and simply a supplement. Something that as big a potential as this in my view invites a degree of caution but each to their own opinion. My 10K should multiply 10 times if the potential is reached. lets be patient and see how it pans out. Those of you are so certain must have your house and more on this,so good luck to you! | ![]() chrisg11
24/10/2017 14:30 | We all know Mickymouse the loser lost massive amounts of money from a TW tip and desperately wants Opti to fail, so it’s no surprise that these new users/accounts have popped up only to try sow seeds of doubt here. If anything, it means they’re pretty scared of the potential. In typical Mickymouse fashion, Chrisg11’s obsession is to repeatedly claim the science is unproven, hoping someone else also buys into his dellusions. | ![]() loungeact
24/10/2017 14:12 | Primal, I have nothing to prove to anyone on this thread.Thank you | ![]() vanduke
24/10/2017 13:31 | Risky Remove the no question bit and I would agree 100 per cent with that. If results are repeated in higher population studies then we will indeed be on a winner so let's hope so My post re the recent GP study gives an indication of the potential | ![]() chrisg11
24/10/2017 13:17 | Depends which way you look at it I suppose. 'Done nothing in 2 years' Thr share is up 900% since three years 2 months ago... it had to consolidate somewhere following the transition from RND to commercial. The next step will be in the next 12 months as these deals become clearer.Chris there's no question over the science and whether it works, the question remains on can it be repeated with higher population numbers over wider geographies. If it can we're not talking of a £50-100m company. As explained before the growing evidence shows that it should. | ![]() riskybusiness1
24/10/2017 13:15 | Bob down Filter by all means but nothing I have posted is an attempt to mislead. I am sure if you read my stuff assuming you have the cerebral ability to assimilate it,you will find at least some of it informative and interesting. I have had better welcomes than I'm getting on this site! | ![]() chrisg11
24/10/2017 13:05 | Bobdown exactly! The last comment I saw from Chris is something along the lines of he's not sure about Opti, what is wrong with these people, why are they invested then? Vanduke you are a fraud and have been caught out. The only thing you say is you're adding, if you are do what others say and buy 50,003 shares then tell us! | primal123
24/10/2017 13:02 | Balanced debate is, as well is the ability to filter. Especially those that intend to mislead. I will join primal. | ![]() bobdown2

24/10/2017 12:38 | Hi Smarner,Yes, no logistics processes to concern themselves with! The hands-off value chain brings frustrations (lack of revenue visibility!) but lots of upside potential for the patient investor who believes in the products' efficacy. We have to keep reminding ourselves that OPTI is only a £56m Mkt Cap Co! And with modest cash burn to boot.Cheers, tightfist | ![]() tightfist
