Not surprised with the further weakness, the finish below the 8 day ema yesterday would have been a sign for some to sell and take profits, especially given market conditions. We are now on the 21 day ema, another potential area of support, after that its around 34p and them into the lows 30's for major support. I do see it as oversold but until we see a reversal signal that in itself does not mean it cannot go lower. I will continue to keep my powder dry until I see that signal. No advice, jut observations.

As usual, I wait until 4.30. Full day of price action, intra day is just noise.

1st leg up 6p to 15p followed by 5 month June to October consolidation
2nd leg up 15p to 30p followed by 4 month Nov to Feb consolidation
3rd leg up 30p to 45p followed by (?) month consolidation

Next leg up 45p to 60p... etc etc etc..

Look at the drop that happened after each leg up, follow the chart - what comes next? A small re-bound then small trading range for a few months, then off we go again..

Funny how you read through your other posts in different forums and they all have the same trend. Wonder why...

If the next spin-off has the same effect, we'll be back to the 20's.

Well he's been telling everyone to sell since this was 2p, and he claims never to have sold his 1.25 million. Strange combination!.

If that's what you think I can't understand why you don't sell your millions of shares now.

It is just as well some of us take a slightly longer term view than next week when it comes to investing. Surprisingly I have often found this works better.

THe lock-in is a well established practise and indeed might be regulated as such - Orph shareholders constitute a major holding, and directors have lock ins when companies float. BUt look at EKF - both RENX and VERICI had lock ins. RENX trading up 900% and Veric up 150%. I cant sell my |Verici shares til July. I got 'em at a nominal 22p (they were free but had to be valued), day one they went to 40p and I would expect one year from now they'll be north of 100p. THe Orph lock in was announced when the split was announced; anyone who doesnt want it should sell now imho as there may be further falls in the price til there's news regarding Imutex, more beds, DIM...oh this dull company! :)

I think to get "full value" we might have to hold until a subsequent Nasdaq dual listing (for Newco) comes into sight. But in the meantime shareholders will be taking clinical risk on any trials - i.e. the value of HVO-001 (and any other assets in the new company) will be subject to large changes upon release of any results from clinical trials.

I can see this putting a few shareholders off, a potential nine months is a long time. I hope everyone reads the prospectus!

I would personally welcome it! Good to be "under contract" as it were and hopefully come out the other side with an amazing story. Some might even learn the value of buy and hold rather than flipping. Looking forward to seeing how things pan out :-)

Interesting no comments about the Anti-viral task force. To test the effectiveness of anti-virals surely that is also best done by using challenge studies? Is this a new opportunity for ORPH?

As far as I am concerned the Orph Pharma are free and will go in my pension portfolio so will keep an eye on them but not worry too much as my intention is they have got a minimum of 7 years before I shall sell them.
