Chart wise, no change, although we did bounce off the 21 ema again today as we did last Wednesday, so offering support at that level. Always like pin bars, sellers come in, take it down and the buyers are there to take it back up, therefore the market rejects the lower price. The 8 ema is acting as resistance and the 21 ema is acting as support and they are now very close to each other.Price is coiling again so I am expecting a move sooner rather than later. Again, no advice, DYOR, just my musings.

CF has always wanted ORPH to be a pure services company he wanted all the developmental stuff out as it costs money to fund and will always be a worry to investors looking at fund raises via dilution. All he wants is a company that makes money not spends it. I think he is just clearing the decks so the main company can flourish and get shareholders the benefit of the blue sky stuff. Linking to a takeover is possible but the more likely reason is as I described.

Interesting that the market cap has dived by circa £53 million since the spin off announcement. It does make you think that if CF had set up a new division within ORPH rather than a new company if it would have fallen at all. My feeling is that CF has a buyer for the company but wants the non core businesses out before he sells.
