That 325k trade at 46.4p looks like a genuine within-day trade. It is showing up as timed at 16:06:45 today on the advfn streaming feed, and on the London Stock Exchange and London South East sites.

If it is a genuine trade, fat finger problems or just big premium for size?

Yeah 12t, what a terrible thing me discussing the potential of a share which has gone from 5p to 42p in just over a year, describing it several times as the best opportunity i have ever seen in a share.

I don't 'tip', i don't advise, apart from advising that charting and trading are the road to nowhere, and ltbh of the right companies is the way to do well in the stock market.

Anyhow, you've done quite well haven't you? 1.25m shares isn't it?

Well, the fishing worked! Well done. Please fish again.

A bounce off the 8 ema. Not as well defined as Tuesdays, but there all the same. Have a good weekend.

It's just an indicator which can also act as a support level. I say can, there are no guarantees as with anything is this business, but I find it a useful tool in the box to have so to speak, particular when the price is in a firm uptrend as we have now. What I can say there are plenty of people that do watch these levels and buy or sell accordingly. As always DYOR, make your own decisions.

Here you go. I hope this helps.

The 8-day exponential moving average, or the 8 EMA. An exponential moving average puts more emphasis on recent data than on older data. A moving average takes a subset of data and averages them to accentuate trends and help traders make decisions about buying and selling.

What a great and surprising opportunity to be able to buy at under 42p.

But 1 of the larger brokers perhaps has several clients wanting to do the operation and it is more efficient for the broker to do them all at the same time. 6 ISAs is potentially only 3 couples.

The only problem being you can't put 240k in your isa in one hit.

Bed & ISA? Sell at 42, buy back at 42.07. £20k at a time.

Yes but I do not believe they were sold to the open market. The Investment was simply renewed in one way or another.

Someone's just sold 12 lots of £20,000 at c. 42p - about 285,000 shares.

Price reversed slightly and just about on the 8 EMA. This is where we got the bounce from on Tuesday. Price has finished above the 8 ema on an end of day basis for 3 weeks. I am expecting to see some interest from this area. Just my opinion.

1gw, good spot, possibly better options are now available to ConserV in light of the recent J&J deal.

On another frivolous note, interesting to see a 1 trade for the UT trade setting a closing price....

BiondVax down 11% today and 30%+ over the last month. Probably coincidental but could conceivably be linked to indications of delay or difficulty in potential partnership discussions i.e. ConserV.

thanks for the link just managed to watch it. I watched that video before didnt think much of what he said re acquisitions at the time. Listening to it again he seems to say they may buy distressed companies if they are buying, not seeing where he has time to turn around another company just now to be honest but its there. Never heard any reference to the type of company they are looking at though.
Definite volte face from his comments in early 2020 about not buying any more. Safe to say now anything he has said is subject to revision if opportunity appears so unsafe quoting his views as they are only valid for the time until they aren't. Not a bad thing if he is driving the company forward but makes it difficult to see the future which is where I am trying to see.

The dividend shares will be of assets that you already own through your ORPH shares, once they are given out though they would attract CGT for any gains from that point on.

Many thanks for clarification. No immediate concerns then! Need to brush up on tax planning. This years tax shelters exhausted already. Slow and steady till next Eater unless there is a takeover as Trader3 is saying!
