04/2/2021 08:37 | We forgive your inexperience. 12worts | slartybartfaster
04/2/2021 08:36 | The bloke must have an old broom cupboard where all of these potential products and services have been stored and forgotten about. A spring clean could be very fruitful this year. | lako42
04/2/2021 08:31 | Talkman re moduliser I guess he will be selling that for cash but he did mention dividend in specie as the method of giving money back which suggest shares, probably that is for the bigger assets though. The definition of what an immune moduliser from google is A substance that stimulates or suppresses the immune system and may help the body fight cancer, infection, or other diseases. Specific immune system modulators, such as monoclonal antibodies, cytokines, and vaccines, affect specific parts of the immune system. Nonspecific immune system modulators, such as BCG and levamisole, affect the immune system in a general way. Also called immunomodulating agent. So I can see how its worth something just now to the right company. Always so much to analyze when he speaks, so much happening, he gives hints on many things. | pogue
04/2/2021 08:25 | From what Cathal said last night, I got the distinct impression, that as the non-core assets are monetised there will be several dividend distributions to shareholders. Could be a very rewarding period. Substantial capital growth and income....get ya shares in ISA's! | molatovkid
04/2/2021 08:22 | Wow what a tough guy calling names and hiding behind a keyboard | 12toes
04/2/2021 08:22 | I wonder how long it will be before the dividends give many a free ride on this one. With an on-going profitable business in a niche area with high demand and the monetising of non-core assets this could get interesting | inaminute
04/2/2021 08:20 | Looks like a lot of buys are being put through as sells again | skasher094
04/2/2021 08:12 | Morning Everyone! What a fantastic presentation last night by our excellent Cofounder Cathal Friel! The best yet! His presentation has completely reassured me that my investment is very safe in his very capable hands. A little more patience now and shareholders I feel are going to be justifiably rewarded. 2021 as Cathal says, it is going to be an exciting year indeed. Loved his canny move to trademark and Patent “Disease in Motion”. Nothing DIM about that smart move at all! Everywhere you look now from non-core assets to a possible IPO of DIM or a 4th 100 UK bed facility and serious discussions right now with the top 7 Chinese Pharma companies & their equivalent FDA, ORPH is oozing and lining up endless mega deals to be announced and soon. No wonder he wants to buy more shares! The only fly in the ointment right now is Invesco but reading between the lines they too will soon be gone & as for the clueless Finncap they soon will be given a clip around the ear & told to wake up to what is coming. 04/2/2021 08:07 | Surprised to be able to get a top up at 25.1p on the bell. Rude not to. | inaminute
04/2/2021 07:36 | Qack,Yes, there's a lot can be read into that. It's allocation of resources in the most efficient manner. So offloading the fully loaded Ch studies work gives c much more time to concentrate on where his acumen can be deployed for the biggest benefit to orph. Doesn't take much to see that's developing and getting contracts for the new disease in motion business. I.e.selling data that only we can possibly have to the richest people and companies on the planet who are desparate for it. | pierre oreilly
03/2/2021 23:17 | What is the potential of the Immune Modulator asset and what is the opinion / predictions fir CF’s plans to monetise this asset ? | talkman2
03/2/2021 22:28 | He also made a point of mentioning John Sheridan VP Clinical Operations taking a lot of pressure off him so he can concentrate on business development(?) | qackers
03/2/2021 21:47 | Best presentation I’ve heard from CF tonight I would love Invesco to sell OO their remaining shares Deal number 1 on non core is surely on the horizon (I’m not going to say imminent) and it sounded to me like it’s possibly the Immune Modulator Huge year ahead for us here Might have to sell off some Chaff tomorrow I’ve had sitting around for a few years to have a final last fling | judijudi
03/2/2021 21:15 | pogue3 Feb '21 - 21:11 - 11435 of 11436 I agree with that. I am totally relaxed. The share price will sort itself out. | m5
03/2/2021 21:12 | JH - thank you for the clarifcation. I don't have an account manager! Just a call centre guy. Who will be selling? :-) | wassapper
03/2/2021 21:11 | m5 the money in the next few months is not from the share price its the disposals, share price does not really matter as the disposals in total should be worth at least market cap and the wearables CF said tonight maybe worth the current price of the company and we are floating that off. | pogue
03/2/2021 21:08 | 12toes give it up you moron | adzy89
03/2/2021 21:08 | The Invesco selling is because its a Woodford investment they are selling out of everything he bought regardless of price. RAVP is another one in a totally unrelated sector they sold out off. Screwed the price there and finally sold out to the management at a ludicrously low price to finish it. Hopefully CF can get an intelligent fund manager or more likely a Chinese investor to buy the stake. | pogue
03/2/2021 21:02 | 1gw I got the impression he had a place lined up and was close to closing a deal therefore the 100 beds was probably an accurate number. Will have to listen again when it comes out as a recording, either way that appears to be his ambition on the size. | pogue
03/2/2021 20:58 | Have they got ski masks on? Lets not talk about who is selling anymore, we know. It will not last forever, it might have already ended, who knows, but I am bloody sure we will see a decent rise in the share price when its done. In the meantime we have a enough news to be going on with. Only thing you need here to make a money is a bit more patience. I thought CF was on top form and made all the right noises for me. | m5
03/2/2021 20:52 | Those 50k and 20k blocks sold at the end of the day look suspicious | 12toes
03/2/2021 20:11 | pogue - yes I heard 100 beds as well. I just wasn't sure if that was a suitably big round number for a hypothetical struggling local hotel, or if it was an actual site. | 1gw
03/2/2021 20:10 | The Chinese thing is intriguing. I thought perhaps the "near-term cash" for further covid characterisation studies that he referred to in an earlier presentation might have slipped away, but clearly there's something big possible. If the regulator is going to be on the call as well, then it sounds as though the opportunity is fairly well-advanced. | 1gw
03/2/2021 20:09 | Wassapper your wrong m8 i spoke with my IG account manager and the reason IG are not taking anymore open position is that they are at their risk limit, normally 3% but could be less. She spoke to the risk team and managed to get me another £1000 P/point but that was it. Open position will become available when Peeps close. | john henry
03/2/2021 20:08 | 1gw I am sure he suggested he had a target building lined up near Whitechapel and again I am sure I heard 100 beds anyone else confirm that? Yes more beds in Royal Free but how many would that be 5? 10? cant be many. Those would be more valuable off course as they have the proper HVAC to provide negative pressure. | pogue |
