I have gone through such an extraordinary life that I can breeze through the ups and downs. I am the clown who paid 32.45p, the last time the share price was up at these heights. So pleased the share price then nosedived to 23p. This time, I have four times as many shares . What next? Sent from my iPhone

Very good Trader. I must say your research and the info you share regarding ORPH is second to none. Excellent work. This is a very special company. Nice to see the share price moving up over the last 6 sessions. Still a long, long way to go on this one. I think CF s talk of £1 Billion market cap looks very achievable.

Usually when a stock moves like this it's institution buying. Perhaps HBOS who already own over 4% of the company

Oh! and don't forget the Whitechapel quarantine ex-hotel conversion paid for by a large pharm and rent also paid for one year. Great summary Trader_3 thank you.

Trader 3- don’t forget the discussion with 7 Chinese Pharma companies and the Chinese regulators that took place last week ;-)

Great summary though for anyone new through the door.

ORPH – Key reasons to invest (updated)

Just a quick update & refresher, for any new researchers & investors who may be interested:

A few key reasons to invest in ORPH, as follows:

- A world leader in testing vaccines via Controlled Human Infection Models (CHIMs)

- New ‘Disease in Motion’ platform with potential current market cap valuation of ~£200 million

- New Whitechapel Quarantine Clinic opened Feb’21 with expanded 19 bed capacity

- Enqs ongoing to locate a 4th clinic with potential 100+ bed capacity

- Potential huge Covid CHIM’s licensing deals or studies with the Chinese State

- Potential expansion of lab facilities with UK Gov, to cope with anticipated on going demand

- Near term large special dividends due from monetisation of Imutex, PrepBiopharm and Influenza Immune Modulator

- Confirmed ~£46 million contract for Covid CHIM’s with UK Government

- Confirmed Covid CHIM facilities expansion via UK Gov @ The Royal Free Hospital

- Multiple global vaccine co’s queuing up for future Covid CHIM slots ~£10m per contract

- Non Covid CHIM’s fully booked for next 18 months, ~£5 million plus per contract

- Huge & recurring future anticipated revenues from both Covid & Non Covid services

- Excellent CEO Cathal Friel and his team, who deliver on what they say they will do

- CEO with ‘skin in the game’, investing £2.5 million of his own cash (large % holder)

- Low risk ‘picks and shovel’ company, with a ‘large moat’ in a niche & hot sector

- Regular anticipated future annual normal dividends from surplus cash

- Multiple valuable assets i.e. 24 bed London clinic & lab, 8x challenge studies etc

- Cash generating & profitable (~£20 million cash), within a growing global market

- Commitment to no future placings from CEO, who is ‘locked in’ until mid 2022

- Future new CHIMagents challenge studies i.e.malaria, bacterial infections & Pneumococcus

- International consortium lead to assist Low & Middle Income Countries via The Wellcome Trust

- Future new strategic International Data Management & Technology Monetisation

- Future strategic Global Licensing Expansion of a full vaccine & antiviral services company

- Probable future takeover bid from large pharma service’s company

- Low market cap, relative to likely future revenues, assets and high growth prospects

For further research, any new investors may wish to view some video presentations, from our CEO Cathal Friel, as per link below:

Additionally, there are numerous posts from knowledgeable and experienced investors on this board, with associated links and rationale.

Hopefully this may assist.

N.B. I’ve probably missed a few more key reason’s but please feel free to add or comment.

The world is waking up to the fact that the virus will mutate multiple times and testing the vaccines efficacy against each variant in humans and doing so quickly will require human challenge studies. Nowhere else in the world can do this other than Orph. No wonder the share price is catching up, but there is so much more catching up to go and there are multiple strands not yet started or realised. I think 50% increase in share price every 6 months is well understated, but that's CF all over!

Things are certainly heating up.

Wouldnt pay too much attention to the "sells" as the spread was wrong for the majority of the day, where some buys were showing as sells.

One thing thats really interesting is the sheer demand here, was being pushed up with massive support. Someone wants in big and wants in quick rather than waiting for a potential drop back.

30p is just a psychological figure here, I don't have any resistance at this level, even though there is some a bit higher.

I'm expecting a further RNS' fairly soon, potentially tomorrow, if it does happen then should comfortably see new highs.
GL.

They are not, a lot of the trades displayed late are from Friday, so marked up incorrectly by the ADVFN system and Lse.

30.1p is a new closing high isn't it, which I think is worth celebrating.

It did 32.45 intraday, but that's a bit different.

I agree with you Lako. This feels like it has much more substance behind it than the previous high. Looking forward to hearing about the divis.

It hasn't broken recent highs yet, that will probably be tomorrow. It recently got to 32p before dropping back and closing a bit lower.

It's like a lucky dip bag, what's going to come out next?

a 50p Imutex float, the new #1 DIM float (or news), 20p jv with a Isreali small pharma, or 30p go ahead with covid ch studies, a 30p hike due to chinese taking a stake and jv? Whatever, i think this is catching other institutional attention and we're gaining momentum taking orph up for a year or two (via ups and downs of course).

The real test for the many short termers who are currently out (anyone dare to volunteer?) is whether they can actually buy back in higher than they sold. Pretty obvious thing to do here, but i wonder how many can actually bring themselves to do that.
