Well just got a notification company name has formally changed so maybe the guardian deal is actually happening? Who knows?

According to Companies House, the last accounts (in the name of Guardian Global Security) which were submitted on April Fools day this year show shareholder funds of £1 as at 31 Dec 2021.
Says it all!!!

No one really knows. The last formal anouncement saying they were proceeding with the guardian transaction took place nearly 2 years ago. Later, there was some informal anouncement saying it fell through in a row over patents. The story was then they were looking for an alternate deal and were "in advanced discussions" with several parties. Since then nothing. The company gave up its AIM quote and is currently an unlisted private company. There may or may not be a grey market on one of the obsure exchanges but the price is likely to be nominal.

I lost track of this. Does the company still exist? Is Jay Bhattacherjee still Executive Chairman? Is Jay Bhattacherjee a director of C4 Energy? Who holds the debt at this company?

Ah 766/alan trannery I wondered when you would turn up. How me and comedy laughed when you dumped at 40p after the second rights issue. We became more optimstic after you dumped and bought in selling out around 001.10p It later went to 001.70p. Unfortunately I bought back in at 0.00012p down to about 0.00045p. I am however optimistic that maybe one day it will come back but I have been playing along with the doom and gloom club to see how many are still around. Quite a few one surmises lol Go on Jay/Novum show em! along with the doom and gloom club to see how many we can flush out. There has been no firm statement from thecompany that they have given up the quest.
