I've told you why there is no news on nuog refloat as guardian. Personally for me the lack of communication and multiple missed deadlines has shut down any interest I had in guardian barriers. I couldn't care less now. Plus if the David & Teresa Stevens have had this amazing product since 2013 why has it not taken off already? That in its self for me is a massive red flag. I'll be giving this a massive wide birth.

Well anyway since many on here and the LSE had doubts of the viability of the Guardian business model, it may come as no surprise that our board, apparently , also had doubts. Perhaps, in view of oil at 120 USD, heading to 200+! they realised that they would be better off remaining in the "black gold" sector and making an oil exploration or production business out of it? Whilst we dont know for certain the fact that our board has already got "indicative indications" of finance, and "talks are advanced" suggests the deal, whatever it is, is both concrete and a no brainer. Very good news indeed for genuine shareholders.
