It was suspended at about 600k cap not sure where your getting 9.3 mill from?

The tax losses alone, if they could be utilised, must be worth a bob or two

The quote alone, if we had not given it up, would have been worth a 1million or so

The fact is it wasnt overvalued when it was suspended but times have moved on

As it stands unless Novum or Strand Handson, or the Directors can pull a rabbit out of the hat

Its in their interest to get a deal going if only to keep the salary and stock options train on the rails


Otherwise Its game over.
