24/3/2022 10:29 | How many moons ago did they start this latest process, how many delays, predict the future by looking at their past.. their past is pathetic. Highly unlikely they have raised a penny, not that they will tell you. | mapleleaf3
24/3/2022 10:26 | On the positive side, this therefore means that an LSE full listing is worth more as a shell then it wa. So, even if the barrier business doesnt fly they can market themselves as fully listed shell . | taxibabe
24/3/2022 09:48 | Given they started the process and had published the prospectus befor the rule change I suspect they are ok (in the event they are eventually successful in the raise). The prospectus was estimating 4.66m (with various assumptions). | yingtong
24/3/2022 07:34 | YT commented their market cap needs to be 30m rather than 700k. I doubt they have raised 7k so neednt be bothered by it. I wonder if their professional bone if they have one will provide an update why they have missed their latest bs deadline by over a month without comment. I highly doubt they will, takes morals and ethics to tell the truth. Anyone there to answer the phone, no, respond to emails, no..... | mapleleaf3
21/3/2022 21:08 | Is the drill bit spinning in Jordan yet? Eh eh | barnes4
21/3/2022 16:44 | Mate they clearly dont have the funding....or the business plan is laughable. This Russia/Ukraine excuse started a few weeks ago, Noug have been at this for years missing every single deadline, Dec relist excuses, Jan relist excuses, march relist.... They couldnt even be bothered to make up excuses this time. | mapleleaf3
21/3/2022 14:48 | I don't doubt they are trying. I very much doubt that there is any real issue with the patents. Nuog had a royalty payment arrangement for 2 years. That is clear a right to use the IP. Beyond that it would presume to be a royalty free right going forwards. It is faesible that there are limits in the rights preventing onward sale etc. This could be the subject of some contention. | yingtong
21/3/2022 14:28 | Yes we just dont know is the answer. Its unlikely Stevens will be allowed to retain the patents, that is wishful thinking on their behalf if so. They could easily backdoor Guardian Maritime at the end of the 2 year lock in period if that were the case and sell the designs to someone else. As for the issue of funding I am confident that the Russian business will blow over once Ukraine is subjugated and the the flotation will occur. Its unlikely that having come this far, they would not have got assurances of funding from somewhere. The fact that many cannot see the viability of the Guardian model, as it is currently being portrayed, notwithstanding. | taxibabe
21/3/2022 12:14 | I doubt Stevens have received a penny yet. Where would "Nuog" have got the funds from. There was previously an issue with IP in that it was at least questioned by the liquidator of the insolvent venture. However after accepting their offer on the moulds the liquidators put it beyond doubt in their report that there was no claim on the IP. Mrs Stevens appeared to own the patents. Perhaps she expects to retain these. Or perhaps they have just not found anybody who was still interested after reading the prospectus. | yingtong
20/3/2022 07:26 | Wow very mature ..... Oh look no pending lse listing ...... | mapleleaf3
19/3/2022 19:11 | Sorry dont hear what you say, your on filter ha ha by | taxibabe
19/3/2022 02:41 | 766 just put you on filter, same with mapleleaf. 2022 the year guardian comes alive2 p 4p 6p 10p + | taxibabe
18/3/2022 08:42 | the trouble with you 766 is your thinking is one dimensional which is why you sold out on the second rights issue in the first place and lost money. The fact is that the reason for the second rights issue at that time, was that management were tipped off by the market that it could easily absorb a second tranche of shares, which it did. After the second rights issue it went up X4 so you were wrong again Whats it like always being wrong 766? ROFL | taxibabe
18/3/2022 08:05 | have you not considered that management are playing with us so that when they relist they get most of the remaining 20% out there? I guess your nieviete is with you all the way on this one. Anyone who sells on relist is a womble | taxibabe
16/3/2022 16:46 | Why would NUOG give Stevens 100s of thousands of pounds up front without getting the IP. ?Sounds overly generous even for our board? | taxibabe
16/3/2022 12:02 | Are you saying their trying to take back their company from nuog so they can find another shell to list with. What have nuog not delivered on ? | mapleleaf3
16/3/2022 06:45 | Don't hold out hope on any realist soon. A source I have who is close to Gary Smith says that David and Teresa Stevens and Gary are now locked into a battle for the IP of guardian barriers hence the delay and hence why no news. | darkhero1981
14/3/2022 07:12 | Some people are hobbies, mine is nuog. Sure I have some but I dont let it spoil my life like you. Sure its not apparently been a success story but that could change. Lets wait and see my friend. | taxibabe
14/3/2022 05:48 | Of course your not bothered, your 1000 plus ramping posts which have amounted to absolute garbage is the sign of someone who doesn't care...hahaaaa... Muppet. | mapleleaf3
13/3/2022 16:34 | Who seriously cares, make on one lose on another, so not bothered. | taxibabe |
