It’s now 5 months from the AGM when Jeff B took control of the board. Has anyone heard of stakeholder engagement or of the new master plan?
It must be a good one to have taken this long to put together!

It doesn't make all that much difference to me TBH, as it's so far off what I think it's worth (c.90p) :- /

I do have a slight niggling worry here that if something material happens ref this legal claim then the info could get into the public domain before the company updates us.
I am possibly being paranoid here but if anyone does know how to keep track of updates with stuff lodged anywhere would be interested to know where to go checking. From memory i think it was pointed out with Patisserie Valerie that there was info in the public domain about unpaid amounts with action being taken against teh company (was it hmrc?) that perhaps might have made me go wtf (the fictional accounts said they had a wad of cash at the bank) had i been a holder ,seems like no one flagged up the issues on many bb's till the shares were suspended by which time it was too late.

Note practicably speaking i don't have any specific worries or concerns here , wouldnt be nice if they had to pay out a milion or so compo but that wouldnt really materially change the investment case. I would simply rather be as up to date as possible ref info (hopefully company will keep us informed but i wouldnt expect them to say much if they view an update as not having material consequnce)

I just did a simple Companies House search to start with. All the best with your investments.

I wouldn't be so sure. The claimant is KEEPMOAT well known in the NE and part of a large French group

Did a dummy sell now 64p - probably wait for 80p before reducing holding which I reckon is likely by Q1

Is the spread due to lack of liquidity, or is the lack of liquidity because of the spread? I have the impression that spreads widen during periods of uncertainty, which dampens trading, and narrow again when the direction becomes clearer. I suppose it's a question of chickens and eggs vs carts and horses - I have no idea whether market making is an art or a science.

The company is doing better than 2019. I can't see what the new board is going to bring to the company's operations. If they keep out of operations things should be all right.

The spread is due to the lack of liquidity in the shares and nothing to do with the MMs view of the company.

The spread is more than 5%, I suppose the MMs don't know what's going on.
