We must own the rest!!!

I have also been through a company going private...Reflec..they now pay £28 Divi on a share which was last traded at around £250 ish.

I sat that out but managed to come out the other side happy... totally bailed out now.

Suprise, suprise.

Just looked at Hawk website.

Substantial shareholders were last updated 31 March 17.


JC shows 159,365,297shares 16.5%

So JC informs the markets & Hawk, and they can't be bothered to updated their page.

Will screenshot page to see how other institutions have changed their views!!

Crested Butt..improved and maintained improvement..no decline.

J C 4-2 had not produced this yr, until sept!..good news.
B S 14-11 had not produced this yr, until aug!..good news.

Well having looked at all 23 wells
16 produced for 31 days.
1 produced for 29 days BS 12-11
1 produced for 28 days BS 5-11
2 produced for 26 days BS 13-11 & craig 4-4
1 produced for 25 days JC 4-2...which has had a workover on and only recently started re production
1 produced for 4 days BS 14-11..knutsons well he sais during WF hearing that Hawk had done something to his well..it had stopped producing..but it is re producing now.
1 produced for 0 days Salen...which is now being operated by a third party????

TBH. Not the update I was hoping for. But the MMs greed - offering .006p sell .005p buy yesterday now .0055p buy .0045p sell today.Has killed most's appetite to trade here.Again we are stuck in a lovely War. And the MMs are not quite sure how to play it. Quite a volume 283k barrels of oil up to end Nov, with workovers still going on at present. Also the low oil price hence did not over produce? Market Cap low because of the $20mil+ loan. Subject to production increasing and oil in place being upgraded and $ oil price then not a problem paying loan over a sensible time scale at a real%...

It makes sense to invest in work overs now as revenue will stay fairly constant due to higher price per barrel.
I like todays news and on this dip I may come in for more shares.
Things just feel much more positive around Hawk.

We could have well data for Nov, very soon.

I had noticed for Oct that not all of the wells had produced for the full month

RNS suggests work overs to continue into
Jan 18..so we could have three lower months of production than that of Oct.

By how much of those significantly increased reserves increased daily production?

Some were talking of an additional 1000 bopd, probably 100 bopd nearer the mark.
