well ... I see it as positive that they are investing cash in workovers, obviously on several wells. Very good.
To your point Gazza ... they have recently confirmed a significant increase in recoverable reserves, so years of production still left in these wells.

Nov prod down due to workovers. 27,159 b per month= 876 bopd.

Workovers & maintenance to continue into Dec... No mention of WF or anything else.

So obviously JC had not seen an increase in production!!!

Has JC got other ideas!

I certainly would not like to be working out in there weather doing maintenance to wells...

If the rise in poo does not help Hawk's case to secure funding, certainly extra funds coming in now on every bopd.

I wonder if the taps on the wells will be turned to help an increase in flow!!?

last note ...
the reason that I originally sold was that I felt that there was at least a 50% chance that this would go bust.
I now feel that that risk is massively lower and that the risk reward is heavily now in our favour at this low share price / market cap.
Market cap only £4m with revenue now at $18m per year. Many small explo's with no revenue at all have a higher market cap than this. As confidence returns the share price will rise.

I'm feeling pretty confident that this will move through 1p soon and then pretty swiftly up towards 2p.
As the share price moves upwards, financing becomes much easier and more attractive.
I like the farm out deal re Monarch too - quite clever.

Phil fyi re success or otherwise of WF,

as I've said before, it isn't about increasing daily output, it's about increasing the amount of recoverable oil.
This has happened, as per the recent RNS and the reserves have been upgraded.
At current production there is approximately 3 to 4 years production left from this field.
There is more recoverable oil still left in the ground than has been taken to date.
Our CBA loan is a reserves based loan so that is great news, as is the current oil price.
Things looking very promising.
I decided to buy back in today.

Boring Bits!!!!

We had 23 wells in production in October.
of the 23..
9 were slightly up in production to previous month.
7 were slightly down in production to previous month.
5 were as previous month...taking into account the extra day in the month!!!

WF..all three wells were much the same as previous month.

BS 14-11 the Knutson well... 6 barrels over 4 days..but it did produce something!

No Oil all gas...is it being burnt off though!!!!!!!!!!! Money down the drain..farm out possibility??

239 barrels from 25 days production ++++ gas!
In sept, this well produced 76 barrels from 4 formations.
in Oct this well produced 239 barrels from 1 formation Lansing KC.

Salen seems to be shut in...operated by others!!!!

Last fin yr ended Dec 2017 should see us produce in excess of 410,000 b of oil for the yr

At a minimum of $55 per barrel, that equates to $22,550,000.... .....

Edit...I know we did have hedging in place until 32 December 2017

12 months ago oil was around $55 Hawk share price was around 1.2p

Last time oil was at $63 was mid 2015 when Hawk share price was around 6p.

We could have a long journey north on the horizon.

Don't they have reserved based lending.Higher POO/steady-increased production means they need to pay less back?If I was management I would start to consider hedging some production ad these levels..

Imo...no data to support my view.

But if WF is holding its own in Oct.
What happened in Nov?
What happened first 2 wks of December!

Are there indications in those periods to encourage JC to top up by 20,000,000 shares.

I also noted there seems to be a lot of gas coming from John Craig well...but are we burning it off!!!

Salen shows no production for Oct, and shut in for November!!! But that seems to be operated by a third party.

Finally we have an update for production for October 31,379 b of oil per month.

Roughly 1,012 bopd...far better at $63 than $30!!!

We knew the figure was an increase on September, day extra related.

Individual well data I am interested in.

I will look more closely later...but at a quick glance there are no surprises...

No real increase in WF. Imo..
BUT....better still..
NO DECLINE EITHER.
