Re Salen...
Confusing to say the least.

I looked on Cogcc this morning.
Salen comes up as a record in production for us, but not Grand Mesa...ok with that, as we have been producing oil from the well.

But....if you go to Facility tag..
Records then show Salen under Grand Mesa, and not Hawk!!!

I emailed Hawk yesterday to ask if it was an input error at Cogcc....no response as usual!!!

PS. Oil is flying. North Sea oil pipe offline for weeks for repairs..

If he does get involved with the $ - money & 'going forward' as described in a recent rns. They can hardly have him on the board 'voting for what he wants' can they?At least this way, the Company's BOD can work towards what they want to happen & he can help with the refinancing and keep the Company going, to ensure it doesnt fold so he can work towards getting as much of his contributions back as poss.If they actually wake up & write another RNS, we might all get some of our investment back...

Is JC no longer being on the Board something which should be a concern to us? If he had remained a director, he would presumably have been restricted in what he could vot on. Now he is free to use his shareholding to get a rearrangement which suits him, but which may not suit the rest of us. I hope I am being concerned unnecessarily. Would welcome hearing how others view his departure.

RR...we had previously carried out a work over on the well at our cost, with little production as a result.

So who knows what happened next.

I get a quicker response when I email JC!!!

Email Hawk Phil..Could be sold/a mistake/unfinished corporate activity.It is 'shut in' after all- ie not producing (?)

Posted on LSE by partridge...it is correct.

Just noticed that Salen 14-35 (which is shut in) is now listed as being operated by Grand Mesa operating company according to Cogcc. Perhaps Rick has given up on Chuck and his team. Didn't bother to tell shareholders.

As from today...JC is no longer a board member on Nighthawk website.

I had emailed Hawk twice during the month, no reply.

I emailed JC about 19.40 UK time, a reply within 5 mins informing me it would be changed.

Now for the news and what happens next.

It has now been a month since JC stepped aside from the BOD.

Hawk website still shows JC as major shareholder on the board.

Surely some AIM rules apply here and could have implication for Hawk & JC? Misleading info to say the least!

I have had a look back at our well records.

Monarch 10-15, after workover at our expense and being told to do it by Cascade (JV) in Jan produced 7,604, in Sept 1,499 we get 16% of these monthly figures.

J Craig 4-2 1st produced in July 14 from 2 formations at 476 bopm....production declines until Oct 15. It has a work over in aug/sept?? Production resumes from 4 formations in September 2017 for 16 days each formation produced 53. If the workover works well from all 4 formations that well could churn out some oil per month.

Crested butte. In Jan 17 produced from 2 formations at 163 bopm. In September the same 2 formations returned 239 bopm.
