If only!!..there was someone who had recently left the Board who could help?The CBA must have all the financial figures, and they have now decided that this was the best way forward for them. Result.Excellent result in the circumstances - just need Rick now, to keep this all under control....as a good 'CEO of the year for a Mid-size Co.' should do.Let's hope it's a good one. Without any fear.

I'm taking this as very positive news for hawk. Extension of banking facilities after this terrible performance is very positive. There may be something else in the pipeline hence the bank agree to extend.

Basically that's good and very welcome news.
CBA don't have many other options however ... at the end of the day they want their $21m back. Winding Hawk up doesn't achieve that.
The significant rise in the oil price must be giving Hawk a welcome boost.

Last year's total was the lowest since the 1940s. The 2017 figure is down by more than half from the 15 billion boe discovered in 2014-2015, and down sharply from the 30 billion boe discovered in 2012.

I decided to email Cogcc to see why the delay again this month with production data.
Queried if Hawk are slow sending in figures and why data is approx 6 wks old....
See if I get a positive response!

I'm still pretty sure Hawk will continue in 2018... & they are going to survive somehow or other (the exact details I obviously don't know...but..). I also see JC's retirement from the Board as being massively significant & linked to him somehow offering finance to Hawk in the future, as clearly eluded to, in the last comment in the appropriate RNS (why else would particular action taken ever have taken place??). Hawk is approximately $6M better off in income since recent oil lows - mid year 2017, & that's significant. So, at some point (March yearly report for sure) that info' will hit the Mkt, and hopefully make a big impression. Anyway, more info please, if anyone from the Hawk BOD reads this, ..& finally....finally... good luck to all holders & particularly Phil (who normally replies with something or other to my v frustrated rants this year for which I thank u).... HAPPY Christmas & HNY everyone....

To all my fellow Nighthawks be that LTH or new recruits, BOD, & workers.

It certainly looks like Rick not only has control of Hawk, but also Cogcc....an overdue update with regards October production figures.

I probably like many more had hoped for an RNS before Christmas to inform us funding was now in place to take us into 2018 with a bright future, no more kicking the can down the road. Still time!!!

Well, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and hopefully a Prosperous New Year.

Just looking at the Hawk half year report from Sept 2017 to ey June 2017.HAWK's Oil was being sold at $33.73 H1 2016.....& $46.95 H1 2017.H2 should be in $51-$53 range, I would guess - as an average now. - with that average improving everyday too..as oil is now at 57+Do Hawks celebrate Xmas?Their ey finishes eo Dec 2017. Mid to late March should see the their Yearly report out.Hopefully there should be some Corporate updates before that though..
