Marmar..JC bought on the 18th December.
The markets were informed yesterday.

So by the 18th December, they would have knowledge of WF figures for Nov, they would also have figures for 1/2 month of December, by the time of that December buy!!!

But what is, his future plan...will Rick & Co still be part of it!!!

I don't know what to think about yesterdays purchase. He can take it privately easily and delist. Hope it won't happen before 10p!

if he was trying to take it back into private hands the price will surely keep rising as he accumulates more shares. If he is accumulating to take it private then as the share price rises LTH will at least get a chance to get out at a better price range than the last miserable 12 months.

p.s if he is stake building at what %age does he have to show his hand...

I sold out of these a while back at 1p for a small loss, but retain an interest, you sell out and then deramp and when the price goes up you deramp more. That's not a very nice character trait.....

An after hours RNS on a Friday is usually not a good omen, however this is positive, so please allow those still holding a bit of time to enjoy it.
