21/6/2008 12:23 | wolterix hi Excuse me but I disagree... He never bankrolled the company - he made it public so that a lot of investors bankrolled the company - but in such a way that he could position himself to take the lions share if it succeeded... | graham142
21/6/2008 12:08 | Graham you only have to look at the 5 year graph! without the 'money' (but has TM bankrolled in the past?) that 3 4 year stretch as a penny share would be a lot shorter timescale wise.... | wolterix
21/6/2008 12:01 | robhammers hi without terry - and his money they might have been less relaxed and more focused on getting the job done - like checking to see what exactly the salesteam were NOT doing and addressed it months ago...very laxed management in the extreme IMHO... | graham142
21/6/2008 11:55 | without terry-this would be gone long time ago. Unbelievable losses-truly crazy. They missed telco boom by about 10-15 years. Companies not investing at moment. What a mess-what a waste of r&d money. They should have bought oil& gold with all that money. Would have turned it into a fortune-lol | robhammers
20/6/2008 15:34 | more profit warnings what a shambles..3 | 88trader
20/6/2008 12:57 | Explorer88 I can understand someone selling at 20% or 30% below their price target. But you sold at several hundred per cent below price targets you were trumpetting for weeks. You're one devious, slimey individual and your card is marked sonny. | orinocor
20/6/2008 12:32 | catman66, front row seat Im taking, lot of chat on lse quite a few turning up on the warpath. just phoned the solicitors 02074276400 apparently they can accomodate over 200 people in the conference rooms so should make for some good action. | wig123
20/6/2008 12:18 | Who's going along to the AGM? I am.... Can I just turn-up? | catman66
20/6/2008 12:10 | It's a big gamble. Terry doesn't like losing so may get this on track again. I sold at a higher price and bought in this morning at the much lower price. The money lost first time round is written off and this latest buy is a gamble because i think he will get things going. Just a gut feeling. Thankfully money lost can be written off due to recent happenings for me but i would like to get it back with this latest buy. We shall see. It's a big risk though, i do think it's been overcooked though, 67% is a lot. I was reckoning at 35-40% drop tbh worst case. So it if returns to that from the 67 then i've made a healthy amount. Missus is well unhappy with me but not mad thankfully! | andrew1664
20/6/2008 12:03 | The AGM is on 28th July at 2pm Held at company solicitors: SPEECHLY BIRCHAM 6 NEW ST. SQUARE LONDON EC4A 3LX Starts at 2pm | wig123
20/6/2008 12:01 | We all buy and sell when we want to, silly to blame anyone for your own actions, lots of people try to influence others, thats how it is when you have spivs and dishonest charectors around, clearly this company has and is deep sh*t , could go into admin or recover , thats the gamble, mm think its down and out with no support from insti for more funding! | jotoha1
20/6/2008 11:56 | hi catman q4 : the sector is moving rapidly towards software based solutions. nng is, again, behind it's competitors q5 : g142 believes there will be another placing. i suggested this as a possibility when i sold. first placing 15p, second placing 3p, next placing (if there is one) probably at around 0.5p. This would mean perhaps another 800 million or so shares (of which WC are entitled to 50%) and massive dilution for existing shareholders time to average down, whilst still under 1p? - not a wise move if there is another placing (which is strongly intimated in the results RNS and loan note RNS | explorer88
20/6/2008 11:46 | Any opinion of what's going to happen? 1. SirTM has given one of his worst company end of year reports... He doesn't like doing that! (when one of his co's doesn't perform he get rid of it!!) 2. However, he's decided to fund this on for another 6 months (is there some good news just around the corner?) 3. He's moving John E to one side! (who will he bring in?) 4. Will T1 Carriers Ever Deploy Expensive SBC or will sales only come from SBC software based solutions? 5. Do we average down now, whilst sub 1p? or... can there be a sub 1p/share call for more working capital (that would mean tragic dilution for whoever is still holding!) Any thoughts | catman66
20/6/2008 11:19 | Orinocor - you ask a very good question: Why did i sell at 2.5p (actually around 2.7p, having bought at around 0.55p) after saying the shares could reach 10p within 12 months (just as g142, brokers and others were also saying) Quite simply - i did more research, checked out g142's info., and decided to bank a 400% profit. As soon as i had sold, i identified why and suggested others follow suit - even going to the length of posting graphs indicating that i thought that the share price would fall back quickly to 1.25p (edit: OK, i got that wrong, it has fallen to half that level, and has taken a little longer to fall than i originally expected) | explorer88
20/6/2008 11:07 | I delete nothing - if I want to I also can go back to the post you made stating that under no circumstances did you intend to sell untill reaching a certain price when in fact you sold considerably under that price - probably before the post I refer to - does anyone else recollect it too?.... | graham142
20/6/2008 11:06 | What a snake. Slither back under the stone you crawled out of. Why did you sell at 2.5p just after saying the shares were worth 10p. Im talking a few days later not months. Liar. | orinocor
20/6/2008 11:01 | g142 i was refering to your private e mails to me indicating that you knew the details (e.g. geographical location) of the second prospective agreement. in the light of your private e mails to me, i view your post 2527 as libelous and suggest you delete it | explorer88
20/6/2008 10:50 | There you go - can't help lying can you - I actually posted that after talking to several brokers THEY thought the share price would be in the region 6 - 10p AFTER both 17/01 rns statements were complete... Don't distort others posts to suit your own devious means liar... | graham142
20/6/2008 10:44 | hi orinocor - that was based on g142's info (which was, in hindsight, incorrect) and on prospective sales levels which, it soon became apparent (for those who bothered do do their own research), were not happening (and still aren't) | explorer88
20/6/2008 10:24 | Explorer88 was posting stuff such as this while selling. Remember when out of the blue he said he sold at 2.5 pece. Many here bought his shares. A very dangerous individual. explorer88 - 11 Mar'08 - 00:51 - 1100 of 2524 has everyone gone to bed and left me to do the number crunching? g - fwiw, based on the latest info., to answer your question of what price in 18 months*? my initial forecast was around 16p (i.e. mid way between 12p & 20p original 1 / 2 year targets). new forecast is fair value between 21.5p and 25p in 18 months time using pe about a fifth less than APKT (which i think is reasonable assumption as APKT is a US company and the yanks seem to get rather carried away with their valuations/multiples | orinocor
20/6/2008 09:00 | crikey, turned out to be a dog. | ivor whopper |
