looks like mm's are lining up share price to rise to around 1p tomorrow, followed by bid at 60% premium to that (around 1.6p)

AO cannot confirm or deny approach for acquisition of Newport Networks ...:-)

I'm expecting RNS from NNG stating that they have received an approach.

I anticipate cash offer from APKT at between 1.5p-1.65p per share.

edit : Monis - i know NNG aren't going bust, and that potential bidders will have to pay a lot more than current share price to acquire the business.

monis - nng won't go bust, the business is being underwritten by WC. imo, investors at this level will do very nicely.

Don't jump to conclusions!

Everyone expected TM to sell Newbridge to Siemens!! But, he pulled off the deal with Alcatel for much more that the market expected.

We should be thinking about who else could be in this market?
