16/7/2008 08:45 | O, good grief e88, Andy Ory was the co-founder of ACME, why would he be the new CEO? only to then 'take himself over' !? | wolterix
16/7/2008 08:41 | If the bid is anything over 1p you can have my shares. You are deluding yourselves. | phurley
16/7/2008 08:40 | I have seen a lot of speculation on the possible bid price on this stock ranging from 1.6 to 3.0p. You are selling yourselves short. Firstly any bid means that there is significant value in this company and others see potential in a buy out. Secondly you are basing the bid price on the current share price, which has been deliberatly driven lower and is not a tru reflection of the net worth of the company. Thirdly I would expect the company to dissmiss any low offer and watch the share price recover. If the company look like it will accept a low bid then you should be looking for small smelly rodents. | ch1ck

16/7/2008 08:38 | I agree phurley, but having said that the company is now for sale and ex88 did call it right last time. The question is how much the bid and I dissagree with him there, I think bid at least 3p for reasons already stated. GL all | bengo
16/7/2008 08:32 | exp- where are the comments from AO that he cannot confirm or deny a possible approach? | monis

15/7/2008 21:09 | still Speechly Bircham? they were the 'cats' who did the legal side to the placing... easy to find the email address of 'Jane' who advised them on it, was thinking of emailing, maybe it's a bit naughty! | wolterix
15/7/2008 20:57 | AGM to be held 4pm on Mon 28 July, office of Speechly Bircham LLP at 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3LX. | bengo
15/7/2008 20:48 | The review will decide the way forward an offer is only one option. | bengo
15/7/2008 20:43 | What happens if an offer is not forthcoming ?? Bleak. | double6
15/7/2008 20:39 | I am inclined to agree with wolterix, as you say ex88 the market has changed but so has NNG, ok they have not managed the sales, however they have progressed since the 3p issue last August and now have the declared support of TM. "Whilst I am disappointed by the lack of sales, significant technical and commercial progress has been made and the completion of the OEM Agreement should provide a good foundation for the longer term future of the Company. With this in mind I have agreed to support the Company financially by guaranteeing the overdraft facilities that the Company has with its bankers and arrange for a loan via my investment company, Wesley Clover Corporation." I go for an offer in excces of 3p but we will have to wait and see. | bengo
15/7/2008 20:24 | As the Co's is now for sale and as there's an AGM at the end of the month it will be to discuss and vote on offer(s) I can't see APKT (or whoever) announcing anything until a deal is agreed! So, we've got at least two weeks to wait for an RNS!! Speculation should drive the price a good bit North of 0.7p | catman66
15/7/2008 18:36 | 1.6p will do me very nice | davidrigby
15/7/2008 18:07 | 3p poppadomonline.com | poppadomonlinedotcom
15/7/2008 17:46 | I agree wolterix Great product, and the way forward! But, the business case didn't work (unusual for TM!!) I think 2p would be a good offer! | catman66
15/7/2008 17:19 | wolterix - the market has changed since then. we might be lucky and get 2p | explorer88
15/7/2008 17:10 | hmmm, e88 why wouldn't the board hold out for 3p i.e. what they're in for from last years placing? | wolterix
15/7/2008 16:57 | good afternoon harry - R (as in DYOR) | explorer88
