15/7/2008 13:55 | well done bengo - great minds ... ... mind you, couldn't you get better than 0.25 p !?! :-) | explorer88
15/7/2008 13:51 | wolterix - probably $12m-$14m. Small change for APKT, who have in excess of $147m in cash. | explorer88
15/7/2008 13:50 | ex88 I was in for the first mill so beat you today dude : ) | bengo
15/7/2008 13:49 | interesting, e88, hopefully they will pay more than $11 mill which is what one other SBC company was taken out for? btw, how are your shares in Tiger Balm doing? | wolterix
15/7/2008 13:47 | bengo - I'm happy to oblige | explorer88
15/7/2008 13:42 | Thats certainly took the slack out, you could buy online in mills earlier and now the most I can get online is 100 thousand | bengo
15/7/2008 13:42 | who is GiantPanda and who has bought 9 mill shares? | wolterix
15/7/2008 13:41 | wolterix - NSN signed OEM agreement with NNG earlier this year. NSN already have a significant relationship with APKT, and provide leverage to both parties (APKT and NNG) to ensure that APKT/NNG deal is done and that NSN benefits (rather than NSN's competitors) good luck! | explorer88
15/7/2008 13:38 | wolterix The way things have been going paper cups and string would probably been easier to sell lol | bengo
15/7/2008 13:37 | ex 88 Well I am still in big time, not sold any yet and have continued to accumulate at these low levels, after all, NNG must have a value to somebody! Let the game commence, good luck. | bengo
15/7/2008 13:36 | would NSN be interested d'y think? that way there is no issue about future-proofing of the kit? or is it software nowadays, or even server blades, or paper cups and strings | wolterix
15/7/2008 13:26 | Hi Bengo Thanks - yes, I'm sorry that you're going to have to put up with my blatant ramping again until NNG is sold to APKT, or a higher bidder ... I made a near 400% gain last time round, and am expecting a similar 400%+ gain this time round, now that TM has put the "for sale" sign up. | explorer88
15/7/2008 13:20 | Well spotted Clint. ex88 so back from your burrow : ) I must admit to giving way to curiosity and un-filtering you, much as I dislike your way of ramping and de-ramping I have to give you credit for calling it pretty accurately so far. Soooooooo we will see where it all goes yet again. What's your thoughts on the BT article? | bengo
15/7/2008 12:45 | bought a few million today - last purchase 750,000 at 0.24p. Acme Packet would like to buy NNG. They offered around 5p the year before last, but were rebuffed by TM. Now, imo, they are willing to pay around 1.5p - 1.65p (using £6m - £7m of their £75m available) Good luck. DYOR | explorer88
15/7/2008 12:36 | Interesting Buys | jda
15/7/2008 11:42 | Will this have any impact on NNG? ... or am I living in La La Land!!!!!!! | clint2006
14/7/2008 10:31 | should stick to growing f..... leaks. never again, that's for sure | max101
14/7/2008 10:22 | Thanks Catman Even a 1p would be welcome in present circumatsnces. | george99
14/7/2008 09:42 | George A penny would mean selling 1460 OEM rights for £3-4M I've worked for a couple of these NEV's where spending that sort of cash happens regularly, especially when it adds features to a VoIP product!! Thinking a little more over the weekend.... I think there's a business just OEM'ing the technology!! Why doesn't Terry call-up all his mates in Cisco, Alcatel, Nokia etc..... and offer them use of the design for an instant feature at nothing like the R-n-D overhead or lead time. It will be really silly if 5 years development goes down the toilet. | catman66
14/7/2008 08:51 | catman66 A interesting strategy but surely 'a few pennies a share' is unrealistic? | george99
14/7/2008 08:45 | press release from NSN: Taipei, Taiwan July 14, 2008 Chunghwa Telecom to provide unparalleled mobile broadband user experience in its 3G network Nokia Siemens Networks to increase network capacity, help Chunghwa Telecom move towards a flat all-IP architecture Chunghwa Telecom, the largest telecommunications operator in Taiwan will increase the capacity of its 3G network to significantly improve transmission speeds and expand coverage. The 72 million contract encompasses the latest technology and services from Nokia Siemens Networks to facilitate speeds of up to 2 Mbps in the uplink and 14 Mbps in the downlink. | wolterix
11/7/2008 19:38 | So what about the future..... Session Border Control is required by peered IP carrier voice networks! OK - The Carriers are slow in deploying NGN, they are spending money with Cisco and some other NEV's..... who don't (yet) have SBC blades for their boxes! Seems possible to me that most of these incumbent carrier class IP solution vendors would be buying a real bargain if they acquired 1460 design rights to bolt straight onto their existing kit.... very quick tick in the SBC box with an already tested, approved working border controller!! So... we must attend the AGM and demand that NNG 1. stops spending money 2. appoints a good agent to sell the technology (at the right price) then spin the NNG corpse off to a company who wants a quick listing. This way there will be something in it for shareholders, even if it is only a few pennies per share good luck | catman66
11/7/2008 17:30 | I love this share ... made 180% profit in 3 days then walked away :-) | ihavenoclue
