There`s been a little bit of `Sneaky` buying recently , but you tend not to notice it becuse it is concealed by the spread diferentials between LSE and PLUS mkts .
For example today 23529 @8.5p .

warwick too late for that and if they don't get a decent deal done after all the bullish rns, then they have a lot to answer!!!

That would not leave you with a great deal more than the curent share price net of expenses.

I have sent mails to buccanan/ Mark Court and his pa said he would reply but hasn't so far after my request for results and what happened to the deals which were going to generate revenue!!! I hope some of the pi's here have some contacts to newspapers... to let them know what has been going on since last year ??

can shareholders demand the company ceases negotiations and winds up the busines, returning any residue cash to shareholders as that seems only way sharehlder value can be protected, the longer talks go on the weaker the barganing position.

Orinocor - re your "blue" posting (#3072), I think you were simply saying that it was a blue ski run, not a black one as FQR had suggested - correct?

Personally, I'm looking forward to the cable car journey back up the north face of the Eiger! In the meantime, I'm permanently on the jagertee!!

ARC :...........Agreed .

ihnc :..........I have often thought that the collapse in the share price was specifically engineered to discourage - no eliminate ! - activities such as yours . A strategy to imply that the business was bust , to discourage any trading !
As Joe said , have all those years of trials and research been a complete and utter waste of time ? Is there absolutely no money left ? Is the Company Bust ?
NO ! I don`t think so for one minute , but , I don`t like what`s going on , and I`m not going to air my concerns on here .
The year end is closing , and , they`ll eventually have to come out of their bunker and tell us what they`ve been up to . Careers , Reputations , and big money in the mix here .
In the absence of any News we just have to hope our Directors are competent execuctives and honourable men , no point in selling at these prices - you couldn`t ! ....See what I mean ?
Good luck with your £300 pp , You deserve to win !

IHNC. I think you are spot on. They had pressure at a much higher share price than this. The major SHs must be happy with what is going on, even if the shareprice doesn't reflect it at the moment. As I have said before, the cash is there as a buffer for us all. Practically nothing has been spent since June 2009, just salaries, rent and sundries for a very small workforce.

I am betting on the BOD pulling a rabbit out the hat as I bet they have had extreme pressure from shareholder much larger than us.

Plus, thanks to the small buys I made, I only need it to get to 13p a share to breakeven. I already made a grand with a spreadbet on the way up in the summer.

Regards
IHNC

Still can't believe this price considering it is probably less than cash and all the years of research valued next to nothing!!! Where are those deals which were supposed to generate short term revenues?? The BOD need to be committed if they don't get a reasonable deal after all this time having promised so much last year!!!
