Just look at the chart, It looks like a black ski run. ie... Fast downwards with a crash at the end.

Yes, an RNS would be required if negotiations were terminated.

they have to release final results before the end of March so perghaps this may come with an update. I have tried to contact and ask why no update but just get the usual "we are in a bid situation so can not comment"
but apparently they do have to inform market if negotiations end?
so not all is lost yet IMHO. Very frustrating that there is no news from company.

Holdng but not happy with the situation regarding PJ etc... not holding my breath for anything anymore! So dissapointed in the company and IR, hope we get something out of this but not holding my breath! All faith dissapeared...

Agree JB, but I do believe the benefit they are seeking is to keep the company, (yes and their jobs), and realise their aim of getting the compounds to market. The share price has been affected by the lack of news and the PJ dealings, but when it rose to the high 30s for no apparent reason, we all felt a little different about a major turn in shareprice. I guess what I am saying is it's not over 'til the fat lady etc etc.... GLA

Boobly, the lack of news and constant undermining by PJ enthusiasm to post is very difficult. The BOD have completely trashed the company with their hiding behind the talks and probably doing deals for their own benefit and certainly not ours as can be seen by the share price!!

Lol. Still here B. Still happy that the cash is there, representing a significant premium to todays share price Disappointed with management, and the PJ scenario, but convinced they are fighting tooth and nail to keep the company independent. The last resort will be taking up an offer for the company. I guess we'll know more in March.

Dipped my toe in last week at 8p...can't see much downside from here, as this must now be valued a fair bit below cash.

My guess is that we'll see a t/o for about 15p - hope it's better than that for the sake of those who've been in a while. I wouldn't read anything into the very small short position of PJ, think the length of time without an update is what has slowly eeked out a few worried holders, and dragged the price down. Can't be long to wait now - seeing as the interims were early march last year.
