It looks that way. I will hold until they are closed and the deal is done, unless I see 20p beforehand.

Give or take a few on 8 is actually quite a large proportion. I take it that numbers are not your strong suit - LOL.

Marked down on the 50k sell. This still has further to run in the lead up to a deal being announced, so for now I will continue to hold.

As of now they need £5m for the further trial and that is what they have left in the bank, so the question is will there be any level of bidding war. I still think that the offer(s) will be around 20p, hopefuly a little more.

Not really - As per the the Ac Results :

Capital structure
Neuropharm currently has no debt and the Company's share capital consists entirely of ordinary shares of 10p each.
The Company listed on AIM in March 2007. As at 30 June 2009 the Company and its UK subsidiary had raised £21.4 million
gross in equity funds since the inception of the business in 2005 (2008: £21.4 million).

On current possible offer and along with current agreement, licensee and roadmap the Price is very very undervalued. Also it is only one company in world with "Autistic Disorder" solution.

NPH needs to be careful or it will be top of the leader board and get a nose bleed
ihavenoclue

A fair point, as the board are pretty confident that a further phase III trial would be successful.

I would hope Scottish widows, Schroders and Caz realise the potential for further little outlay( possibly 5 mill) to say to any potential bidders to take a hike if they are offering peanuts !!!
