10/2/2010 13:18 | Piper have disappeared it would seem. What can you read into that? Puts the share price up a shade which makes it look better! | the_beagle
10/2/2010 12:36 | IHNC , what can we do ? we have informed and fsa will do nothing!!! | joeblogg2
10/2/2010 12:28 | G2AM ... nice correction at the bottom of the e-mail :-) Or was that how they signed off the e-mail ? ;-) It is easy to hide behind regulations but when the companies actions bring in to question whether they are following the regulations it can't be ignored. I still can not see how a broker appointed to handle a sale can then deal in the shares during this period. The addition of the fact it has been shorted and then even more heavily shorted after a 50% drop is criminal IMHO Regards IHNC | ihavenoclue
10/2/2010 12:21 | I got exactly the same answer, also tried telephone yesterday and completly non comital on response. Very poor investor relations | warwick69
10/2/2010 11:30 | ihnc and boobly......I did receive a reply and it was classic text book: "Dear Neil, Thank you for your message which you recently sent to Neuropharm. In way of introduction, Buchanan is the investor communications firm supporting Neuropharm. Unfortunately, I'm unable to comment on your questions because, as you know, the company is currently in an offer period. It is the rules governing offer periods that prevent me from providing any specific commentary. I would suggest however, that if you haven't already done so, you register for the email alerts service on Neuropharm's website so that you will be alerted as soon as any announcements are made. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance. Kind regards" Happless morons | g2am

09/2/2010 15:42 | I like to check in daily to see how much more NPH can dissapoint me than it already has ... | ihavenoclue
09/2/2010 11:38 | NPH has no debt and under take over - Also they have addtional cash - Surely this is too cheap and share price is lower than the value it self. Pocketed some more. | gdasinv2
09/2/2010 09:32 | Please NPH say something if only goodbye! | the_beagle
05/2/2010 17:12 | And again 30k shares get sold at 8.25p and Piper don't even buy against their short. | the_beagle
05/2/2010 13:48 | I am glad that I sold when I did now, might come back in again though if it falls much further. | mike111d
05/2/2010 13:37 | G2AM - 5 Feb'10 - 10:15 - 2955 of 2956 IHNC I emailed the management team at NPH to highlight that very point......strangely enough I've had no reply!!!!! 05/2/2010 10:30 | G2AM :.....This shower are looking at the wrong molecules . Instead of seeking a cure for autism , `selective mutism` would have been more appropriate . Reputations absolutely on the wire now . How long does it take to give away c £4million (IF you`ve got it) : 03 November 2009 Possible Offer Neuropharm Group plc (AIM: NPH), a speciality pharmaceutical company focused on neurodevelopmental disorders, today announces that it is in discussions which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company. The Company further confirms that it is seeking a sale or merger of the Company in order that the value of its pipeline can be maximised. Piper Jaffray Ltd. has been appointed to advise the Company in connection with this process. Following the announcement of its preliminary results Neuropham has had discussions with its major shareholders to explore the options available to the Company to realise the maximum value of its pipeline. As a result of these discussions, and the prevailing market conditions, the Board of Neuropharm has concluded that shareholder value is more likely to be maximised through seeking a sale or merger partner which will be better placed to fund the Company's clinical development portfolio. | boobly
05/2/2010 10:15 | IHNC I emailed the management team at NPH to highlight that very point......strangely enough I've had no reply!!!!! It stinks to high heaven | g2am
05/2/2010 08:54 | iantc ... perhaps you don't understand then ... the very broker who is supposed to be handling the sale is actively shorting the company and has seen the share price drop by more than 50% after news of a "possible offer" If you think that is acceptable then I pity you Regards IHNC | ihavenoclue
04/2/2010 16:15 | . I wonder when the `Fetcham F`....s` are going to come out of their bunker , and tell us how they`ve protected shareholder value ? Which leads to the next question : What the HELL do the major shareholders think of all this, are they complicit ? | boobly
04/2/2010 16:08 | What worries me is that Piper, who are short of 66k, didn't even take the 88k just sold on plus. They must think they can get them cheaper. Nasty smell! | the_beagle
04/2/2010 12:14 | From what I see , and I don`t see anything in the pipeline , someone bought 66221 shares this morning , and we go down ! How long have this bunch of F`...s from Fetcham been `Talking` now ? | boobly
04/2/2010 09:25 | Down again ... it stunk to high heaven when, after shorting about 60k from 18p down to 11p for them to all be cancelled to then open more shorts to the amount of 84k from 10p | ihavenoclue
02/2/2010 15:49 | imho long term holders are stuffed but recent holders may gain a 50 to 100%return on there investment | iantc
02/2/2010 15:40 | iantc .. seen as it is half of what it was when a possible offer was announced I would say they have looked after themselves and to hell with the shareholders | ihavenoclue |
