Yes but they won't be valued at £50m if a deal is struck now as their bargaining power is not that great. Mind you I would be over the moon if they were taken out at that level.

Edisons note from last year valued nph at 50mill if it achieved a partnership. Autism is on the increase and NPH have valuable data and maybe not a cure but something to keep it in remission!!!

Looking at chart i would say this could be in for nice bear market squeeze (we will see if all shorts are closed with few free float shares could be difficult for them to close out)

well thats a bit more like it ,imho lowest bid 15p but anywhere up to 25p may be possible ,not much comfort to long term holders but better than a kick in the teeth

I am sticking with the most recent guidance provided by the company:

"the Board of Neuropharm continues to believe that shareholder value is more likely to be maximised through seeking a sale or merger partner which will be better placed to fund the Company's clinical development portfolio."

Expect to see an offer of one form or another announced shortly.

I am amazed at the shenanigans here over the last few months!!! AUTISM needs all the investment possible and here we have something that may go a long way to help sufferers!!! Big Pharma's should be supporting us or pay a reasonable price for al the research... to date and I hope the BOD either raise cash and continue or settle for a decent price!!!

the beagle, all I did was see how many I could buy and sell online. I hope this is a start to some recovery or we get a decent offer!! Otherwise, the results indicating revenu generating deals and interested parties need answering!!!
