'The Ncondezi Coal Mine will continue to be wholly owned by Ncondezi and will be developed and financed separately. It is envisaged that a Coal Supply Agreement will be entered into between the relevant entities'. - So NCCL gets 40% of the power project plus also owns all the coal, which now has a guaranteed captive market right at the site. Anyone any ideas how much a coal project like that could be worth? Presumably the price would be set at just a little below the price any other company could offer?

I for one would like to thank you for being in constant contact with management. As someone has already said, I would have cut my losses prematurely a long time ago without your input.

Im rather glad I averaged down pretty heavily and now show a reasonable profit with hopefully more to come.

Lets all hope that we have stumbled across a rare breed on AIM...a management team that doesnt fleece its PIs at firest opportunity it gets :)

Best RNS on AIM this year. What a deal, this really is a deal. This management are top class and now on front foot. Will probably be able to borrow any money it needs against that collateral. No more share issues. WOW.

This needs carefully digested by the Analysts. Expect some new price targets this week from Brokers.

Not a share to be out of. Was this share not over £5 at one stage ?

well well well....... bloody good job management. Don't think anyone could had expected this level of investment plus monies direct back into NCCL's pockets, plus an additional sum of all costs effective from the 1st Jan 2016 right up until the full JV is signed.

You are correct novicetrader, there is no mention of equity interim financing. Foolish to conclude though that there won't be any, they are after all broke. I'm not seeing that immediate cash upfront component. Still, this is fantastic news and maybe a bridging loan can get them to project close. Phew! That was far to close for comfort....

As a reasonably long term holder, I can honestly say this news far exceeds what I thought they would achieve when they were so close to insolvency.

That is a majorly good outcome from where we were...Brookes McDonald must be chuffed
