11/1/2016 20:10 | Loads of Power plant shifting to gas insted of coal due to transport costs, so you build the power station on top of the mine! It's so simple they will cut the costs of producing electricity be half. Building a coal fired station compared to nucular I'd say 99% cheaper. | ![]() 412069
11/1/2016 19:11 | NAV Mike, in answer to one of your previous questions, the Moz government / EDM gets a 5% carry in the project with the option to purchase another 5% against market rates to reach 10%. Will be interesting to see if they will take up that option. | ![]() novicetrade68
11/1/2016 18:32 | PS We could go over for the switch on mate, then I'll sod off to Barbados ha. | ![]() 412069
11/1/2016 18:29 | Dorset Happier day ahead fella. I've always thought there must only be about 50m free float here half that will get traded probibly tomorrow, the next solid step should be the share price moves In increments in weeks to come of tenths of a penny hopefully above 20p. Bottom draw retirement funds looking better mate. | ![]() 412069
11/1/2016 18:14 | 412069 to the contrary, I am more than happy with Brooks as if it wasn't for those 'idiots' I wouldn't of had my first few buys at 1.8p, and likewise yourself for mentioning it so thanks for that fella. | ![]() dorset64
11/1/2016 18:07 | Cammy I dont mate....will have to re-read the last investor presentation on the website which to be honest is hopelessly out of date | ![]() nav_mike
11/1/2016 18:03 | Brooks have made them selfs look very amateurish selling in the way they have. F um it was them that held this down for an age. Well we know the Mcap should be around 50/60m that's before the big switch on. | ![]() 412069
11/1/2016 18:00 | Mike have you any idea the amount of coal we will be supplying the JV and what's the estimated annual profit from this part? | cammy3
11/1/2016 18:00 | Cammy Its okay mate....im very happy at this result as well :) There will be great gains to be made, and no doubt some heart in mouth bouts of profit taking once the traders get in and out BUT once we can get some proper numbers analysed for the project, people might get very wealthy if they want to hold these until actual first generation of power. Lots of ups and downs until then though lol | ![]() nav_mike
11/1/2016 17:57 | New broker forecasts must be pending next few weeks. I wonder what their 12 month targets will be | cammy3
11/1/2016 17:53 | 20p minimum tomorrow | ![]() mikeh30
11/1/2016 17:53 | Thanks Mike - understand . My mistakeJust a bit excited | cammy3
11/1/2016 17:51 | Cammy The deadlines/extensions come from the Moz government/EDM....it is they who have to be kept sweet, and they who agree any extensions. NCCL seem to have an excellent rep with the Moz government, so another extension is hopefully a formality. Just try to remember that EDM is the sole customer for the output of the first stage of the power project, so they are just as important as SEP | ![]() nav_mike
11/1/2016 17:45 | This is an incredible deal and the market hasn't even woke up in the slightest | ![]() investment dave
11/1/2016 17:44 | No NCCL gave Sep until 6th Feb to satisfy conditions so suspect NCCL will agree to extend such. They state they are already working together to satisfy the conditions .It's the deal of the century | cammy3
11/1/2016 17:38 | Extension of the EDM which expired 31/12This will be a formality to extend until Feb. EDM now got exactly what they wantedSo NO today no termination and do you think Sep signed without possibly speaking to EDMNice try but you've missed this one mate | cammy3
11/1/2016 17:31 | What's this mean The Company and SEP have already started work on the SEP Investment Conditions and are focused on satisfying them as quickly as possible. Notwithstanding the progress that has been made, the SEP Investment Conditions are unlikely to be satisfied by the targeted date of 8 February 2016 and an extension is expected to be required. The Company will update shareholders as appropriate.Exclusiv | tidy 2

11/1/2016 17:16 | Directors were paying 30p+ back in 2012 to buy shares. Will look to take a position tomm | ![]() tippow
11/1/2016 17:08 | I would guess the coal supply agreement will with us in the next couple of weeks at most. | ![]() simon_64
11/1/2016 17:05 | Im impressed that SEP have been held down to 60% on the power project. Am I right in remembering that the Moz govt were getting a 10% free carry? If so, we should remember that once operational NCCL will have a 30% interest in a project generating >£130m EBITDA per annum (though that is only from the last persentation in Oct 2014) There is a dangling loose end and that is the development and financing of the actual coal mine. I cant remember what the projected costs of that were to be, but given the JDA, Im sure debt financing wont be hard to achieve now. Interesting that they havent actually signed a definitive coal supply agreement yet. Gotta dash out....hopefully more knowledgeable people than me can fill in some numbers :) | ![]() nav_mike
11/1/2016 17:01 | Can anyone advise me if this share was once over £5 | cammy3 |
